Near Jean-Jaurès Square, GreenBae is a good Syrian address offering only vegetarian dishes. Meat is replaced by other proteins, seeds and legumes such as beans, lentils and the essential chickpea. The products are fresh and local from the organic market of the Bourse du travail and the early days of the neighbourhood. You can enjoy sandwiches and menus on the go, on site or to take away. Falafel, hummus, kebbé, moussaka, lentil soup, fatouche, vegetarian burger, halloumi sandwich, baklava for dessert; the plates are pretty and garnished, the note very modest. In menus or individual dishes, it is not expensive and we eat well.
