From starters to desserts, Amélie Hogant's cuisine is all about vegetables, as the chef is a vegetarian herself. And we love it! She borrows recipes from all over the world to take us on a journey and introduce us to new flavors. The plates are colorful and appetizing. We like the roasted vegetable slaw with romesco sauce and the purple cupcake made with... beets. Everything is prepared with fresh, local vegetables. The menu changes regularly.
