Ah, the Jahan cheese cake! The local specialty par excellence. Some might say its black crust is ominous, but it's a real fresh, moist cake that's hidden inside. The Jahan company has preserved the original recipe, that of a cow's curd soufflé cake that a farmer forgot in her oven. Oops! But what a surprise to open it and discover its sweetness! You can find these little artisanal marvels and other delicacies such as croquants de Saint-Benoît in the factory store. An absolute must.

In the countryside, Nathalie and Christophe Favard raise 200 goats on site, on over 60 hectares of organically farmed land. Since 2013, they have been transforming the milk into delicious cheeses (mothais-sur-feuille, p'tit chabis, bûche, palet...), fromage frais and yoghurts. They sell their products, as well as those from the Balandière farm (vegetables, organic bread) every Tuesday evening on site. In summer, in July and August, other local producers join them to sample even more local produce - yum! Good mood guaranteed!

This cheese dairy, founded in 1994, works in the traditional farmhouse way. The raw milk comes from partner breeders whose goats graze in the Mellois region. La fromagerie des Gors is a story of family and passion! The curds are ladled and carefully matured to delight our taste buds. Over 20 recipes are created: chabichou du Poitou AOC/AOP, couronne, bûche, losange, briquette, petit pavé, chevrette, dôme, palet, mothais sur feuille, and mothais sur feuille biologique. All guaranteed GMO-free!

It's a jewel of our heritage, a testament to medieval architecture (^12th and ^13th centuries).

Listed as a historic monument and winner of the Heritage Lottery, the fortress stands amidst the vines. Owned by Sandra and Gilles Colinet, it is currently being restored in an eco-responsible manner. The 13-hectare vineyard is farmed organically. Its exceptional tuffeau terroir enables it to produce wines of ageing potential and character, which are expressed under the Saumur and Saumur Puy-notre-dame appellations.

A concentrate of know-how with real craftsmen that we honor. Loïc and his brigade work mainly with local breeders: beef, pork, veal, lamb... as well as local free-range poultry. The monthly batches offer competitively priced platters of pork (roast, filet mignon, palette...), veal (paupiette, Orloff roast...), poultry (ballottine...) or lamb. Each month, a new batch of local products is offered.

A baker and farmer, Rodolphe created the Herbes Folles farm in 2010. He is joined by his wife Hélène and his brother Mathieu. On this certified organic farm, ancient cereals grow on some forty hectares. The harvest is transformed into flour, crushed under the stone millstone of the farm's mill. Sourdough bread (semi-complete, petit-épeautre, rye-sarrasin...) is baked over a wood fire. Cookies, brioches and other delicacies are also available. Other activities are planned at the farm.

Here is a shop full of colors and good products! The philosophy is simple: to sell food from local agriculture, concerned with societal and environmental issues, with the aim of bringing producers and consumers together. In this former pharmacy, about forty producers are represented, mainly from the South of Vienne. Quality meat, jams, fruits and vegetables in season, here are some examples to fill your basket. Taste, quality, freshness and a warm welcome!

For three decades, the Roux family has been running the Ane Vert farm with 700 goats, 120 dairy cows and 120 sows. Over the years, they have specialised in the production of raw milk goat's cheese in the traditional way. The variations are numerous: chabichou, chabis, faisselle, log, pyramid... but the know-how and the taste are always present. They are sold directly on the family farm or in short circuits via producers' shops and supermarkets.

In the heart of the village of Soorts-Hossegor, the Pavillon de la Forêt is an eclectic living space where a variety of activities come together. On the first floor, you'll find the wine shop Les Vins de la Forêt, the Boucherie de la forêt and the florist Eté Indien. Upstairs, you'll find a number of agencies and design offices, as well as an arts center dedicated to contemporary photography, run by Troisième Session (open during exhibitions). It's the kind of place we love: local shops and a cultural venue that encourages discovery and sharing.

The Trois Noyers garden offers forgotten, organically grown vegetables, much sought-after by Michelin-starred chefs. But above all, Jacky Mercier's reputation is built on his beautiful, delicious tomatoes. He plants 5,000 of them every year, with 75 different varieties on a 2,000 m2 plot. They come in all shapes and colors: Crimean black, green zebra, Greek homaocteck... Don't miss: the tomato festival in early August.

This delicatessen is located a stone's throw from the Clock Tower and the Citadel. This is the place to take a quick and refreshing break between your wanderings from one district to another, to nibble on boards, salads, homemade sandwiches, deliciously steaming hot dishes and desserts. You can have a drink and buy wine to accompany portions of refined charcuterie, baskets filled with delicacies, cheeses and goodies to discover as they arrive. La petite cantine des bons vivants: attention, only good products!

From breeding to processing to selling, this snail farm carries out all the steps so that you can enjoy delicious cooked snails. At its head, Younic Demezil decided to reconvert in the production of large gray. The snails grow in an outdoor park of 1 000^m2. Once sorted and collected, they are transformed on the farm, in a laboratory. Loving cooking, he constantly invents new recipes: snails in the Burgundy style, chorizo-tomato, Charentaise, in marinade... the possibilities are numerous!

Les Halles de Blancpignon in Anglet has recently expanded and enriched its gastronomic offering with the arrival of two true professionals, Valérie and Monika, all to the delight of our palates! Just step through the door and you'll instantly realize you're dealing with pros... A local grocery store with locavore products, a fine display of cheeses no less than the best in the region, a cellar with a full range of wines, spirits and beers from here and abroad. Add advice, tasting, conviviality and smiles.

Pixte, the Basque aperitif par excellence, can be found in wine shops and delicatessens throughout the Basque Country. A pure beverage from a secret family recipe, developed over half a century, it's an aperitif with notes of cherry, almonds and various touches, but not too sweet, and a subtle blend of red wine and various local spirits. Serve chilled on the rocks, with or without tonic. Also available in rosé and white, which can be ordered directly from the site. Also available in discovery gift boxes.

Restaurant Zéphirine offers on-site dining and takeaway, but does not offer a delivery service. To get to the restaurant, you can walk from Place Gambetta down Rue Judaïque, or take bus lines 2, 3, 4, 12 and 15 from Place Gambetta, or lines 1 and 16 from Gambetta-Meriadeck. Parking lots are also available nearby, such as Parking Gambetta and Parking Clémenceau.

Pâtisserie, pastisseria, pastis... A Gascon word for "pastry". Pastis Landais is actually a cake from Béarn. Soft and golden, it's a favorite with everyone. You'll find it in bakeries, on restaurant tables for dessert, and in artisan shops. In Dax, Amélie's Pastis arrives directly from Pau, where it is made by Peio, Amélie's great-grandson. After ten years of long and tedious research, father and son have rediscovered the flavours of yesteryear... And what about us? We enjoy them on the spot or to take away.

The market takes place in Lanton-Cassy on Sunday morning, Rue Street, in Cassy from 8 h to 13 h. Night markets are also organized in summer. In the vicinity, on the Arcachon basin, the market is held on Sunday morning in Biganos and on Tuesday morning in Audenge.

This fine Maison continues its adventure in fine style with the opening of its new boutique: a charcuterie-catering area, and a self-service catering area where you can enjoy a bit of the Basque Country through its artisanal products and traditional dishes, either on the premises or to take away! Bayonne and Kintoa hams, pâtés, preserves, ventrèche, coppa, sausages... and so many other homemade specialties.

Yves Thuriès has its own plantations of cocoa beans in Ecuador and hazelnuts in Baleyssagues. The flavored ganaches sold in the store in downtown Agen offer an exquisite texture and taste. Marshmallow in the summer, Morello cherries with kirsch and marrons glacés in the winter, all "home-made", give rhythm to the seasons of our delicacy. Passers-by frequently stop in front of the windows where beautiful chocolate pieces illustrating the holidays of the year (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, etc.) are displayed. Bravo the artist!

Almost everyone in the area is familiar with the vast expanse of the Perinnots greenhouses on the outskirts of town. The farm grows strawberries, raspberries, tomatoes and cucumbers. As soon as they're picked, they're on the shelves of the specially set-up direct sales outlet. Here, you know you're buying good local produce at reasonable prices from a local farming family. Enjoy Gariguettes, Mariguettes, Cléry and other varieties of strawberries.

Syrups and marmalades from Patatxou, traditional Etxekoa sauces with Espelette peppers, liquid caramel with Armagnac blanche, teas and infusions from Kodama Paris, malossols from Maison Marc, Prince Noir de Biscay sausages, Micromégas beers, preserves of all kinds from Conservistes and Ferme de Brougnon.... There are many wonders to be found on the shelves, or rather in the wooden crates, of Saveurs de Bisca (Gourmand network). And what we love most about coming here are the tastings that start at breakfast!

A French spirit with Landes influences! Arsène and Guillaume met in Hossegor and shared a taste for the local culture. The idea of creating a brand of Gin was born. As an emblem of the region, they chose the maritime pine of course. But also surfing in its street art spirit! Subtle and elegant on the palate, Gin 40 is the fruit of an artisanal maceration essentially based on plants. To be found in the best wine shops, delicatessens and cocktail bars worthy of the name... in Les Landes and beyond!

Rookyto began as a meeting between Chloé (Californian) and Romain (French) in a chocolate factory in Vietnam. Together, they traveled the tropics (then California and India) to learn more and more about the cocoa bean. Their new adventure takes root in Seignosse, in the heart of the artisan village: Les Ateliers de Larrigan. In their workshop-boutique (where you can watch the chocolate being made), you can already enjoy choosing between bars, gourmet treats, drinking chocolate and jams!

With its century-old butcher's workshop in Urrugne and its boutique in Les Halles de Biarritz, Maison Montamat has been a concentrate of expertise for 6 generations. With its terrines, pâtés, foies gras, hams and other cured meats, the emphasis is on traditional recipes and taste. Other specialties include prepared dishes (jars, ready-to-eat meals...) such as salmis de Palombe, axoa de Veau des Pyrénées, piperade au jambon, poulet basquaise and the delicious garbure du Sud-Ouest.

The boutique of the Pamplie dairy, a cooperative since 1905 and famous... the world over for the quality of its PDO butter. You're in for a treat on this side of the border, with artisanal whole-milk yoghurts, smooth creams and fromage blanc. You'll also discover nuggets from the Gâtin region, including local flours, home-ripened cheeses and "Melle et une pâte" artisanal pasta. Not forgetting honeys, beers, chocolates and two local curiosities: spirulina, an excellent dietary supplement, and powdered infant milk.

Hélène's hives are located on the edge of the Landes forest. If you wish to go there, you will be able to admire at this passionate beekeeper's place old models of hives, equipment of beekeeping of former times, which is very interesting. The points of sale: Lège-Cap-Ferret, Lacanau Océan, Lacanau Ville, Maubuisson, Carcans, Hourtin, Vendays. The honey of bourdaine obtained the silver medal in the Contest of the honeys of Aquitaine in 2007.

You're in the middle of the countryside, on the heights of the hills, and it's magnificent! This farm produces and sells raw-milk goat's cheese direct from the farm. You can come and buy at the farm on Friday mornings, or visit the markets in Grignols (Wednesday mornings) and Sainte-Bazeille (Sunday mornings) to stock up. You can visit the farm all year round by appointment. As the seasons go by, you'll see the goats and kids, the donkey, the draught horse, the pig and the dogs.

Dandelion, rose or fir jam, zucchini spread, melon syrup... Christine creates original combinations of flavors for unprecedented sweet treats! Drawing on her farm's varied but unused fruit and vegetables, she decided to transform them. She adds berries and flowers from her own harvests, and products selected from neighboring producers. Working in the traditional way, she makes delicious jams that she sells in local stores and at farmers' markets.

It was in 1670 that the ^1st mention of chocolate appeared in Bayonne, which was to become France's Cité du Chocolat. Since 1951, L'Atelier du Chocolat has been offering a bouquet of hand-crafted creations from a rigorous selection of the world's finest beans in its 6 boutiques across the Basque country. And the Saint-Jean-de-Luz boutique is the perfect showcase for the workshop's expertise. Tom is no stranger to night-time cocktail enthusiasts, having cut his teeth at the late-night Prohibido bars in Bayonne and Biarritz. Now at the helm of this concept store in one of Bayonne's pedestrian shopping streets, our expert bartender offers a selection of exceptional wines, the finest spirits and signature cocktails, and a wide range of tableware. We also offer private tasting evenings in a magnificent vaulted cellar, adding a touch of intimacy to the setting.

Odile and Didier Labas produce organic berries: raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries. In the summer, they sell them freshly picked. The rest of the year, they sell them in processed form: you will find a wide range of jams, jellies, syrups, vinegars and fruit jellies at the farm. A crêperie at the farm is organized on reservation in summer. The products are also sold on the markets and at the tourist office of Guéret. The farm also produces beef

It's a great way to put together a tasty hamper from the Blayais region, with gourmet produce from the Domaine de Tout l'y faut farm. Asparagus, the star product, is presented fresh when in season, or canned. Looking for something sweet? Véronique and Jean-Marie Camus also offer their home-made jams. The Domaine also produces a 100% Sauvignon Blanc and a traditional AOC Côte-de-Blaye Red. For the whole family, take a tour of the farm and learn about asparagus and vine cultivation, and reserve your picnic basket!

Installed in a former wine storehouse of 300 m² in the village of Lugasson, 5 minutes from Rauzan, the Guyenne brewery-distillery is a story of friends! There is François, the production manager, Hugo, the administrative manager, and Arnaud, the sales manager. Together, they will create the first pastis in Gironde in July 2022. And with zero sugar! They also produce whisky, gin and beer. Gin distillation workshops are offered via Wecandoo.

A unique timeshare concept! The adventure began (well, almost) in 2012, when 430 individuals, including Yannick Evenou, became the proud co-owners of Château Réaut. Today, there are almost 600. The new vat and barrel cellar saw the light of day in 2018. Since then, they have built a superb restaurant with a roof terrace overlooking the vines and the Garonne River. Awarded a Best of Wine Tourisme and a People's Choice Award in 2023, La Table de Réaut only opens for lunch on Thursdays and Fridays, with a 72-hour advance booking.

Sustainable fishing, selection of abundant species, local supply, artisanal know-how, gourmet recipes... What a treat! Fumette is the result of the reconversion of a marketing manager, Bénédicte Baggio, and a sales manager, Julien Marcotte. And here they are, local fish smokers! Better still, this Rochelaise and Breton man have founded the first artisanal fish smoker in the Arcachon Basin. It is so promising that in 2021, they were rewarded by the ^17th edition of the Challenge DEBA (Business Clubs).

Chicken, ribs, sublime lamb mice (cooked for 18 hours), roasted guinea fowl... Thierry, passionate and roaster by trade, has a taste for a generous and gourmet cuisine, reminding him without a doubt of his childhood dishes. Farm products of the soil, appellations, and labeled with, for example, lamb from the Pyrenees, Kintoa pork, poultry without GMO, etc. which constitute the basis of his tasty recipes, original to be found at Kokoko, the "Mother House" at the Halles des 5 Cantons. This is the know-how of a master roaster!

Did you know that Château Fayau is just a short walk from the bastide town of Cadillac? In just 15 minutes! Here, winemakers have been handed down from father to son since 1826! You'll be happy to let yourself be guided during the visit... right up to the tasting. Allow around 1h30 for the tour, which takes you through the winery and vineyards. And if there's one event not to be missed, it's the Portes Ouvertes Cadillac & Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux on the weekend of June¹ and 2, 2023. On that day: farmers' market and lunch (reservation required).
