Taste, more taste, always taste! This is the key word at Kokoko Rotisserie.
The Kokoko experience is first of all the sight: meats browned to perfection, colorful burgers, potatoes worked in an original way like the potatoes and xeco or the bacon roses.
Then it's the touch: incomparable softness, melting, caramelized or crispy textures.
Finally, flavors that delight us: perfectly mastered cooking, hints of spices, smells that escape from the roasting pan.
Everything is done according to the rules of the art. The products are rigorously selected for their quality which takes into account the time of breeding, the food given to the animals, the living environment of the animals.
This is all the work carried out by Thierry, the founder of the brand, who defends local products. Traditional or revisited recipes, to be tasted without hesitation!
