As its name indicates, here we brew beer made in Roubaix! Within the collective, there are two excellent microbreweries: the Brasserie du Pinthus and the Malt à Propos breweries. Objective: share experiences... and brews! Of course, each brewery continues to produce its own beverage, but together they have invented powerful and tasty nectars with sometimes very surprising aromas. Rigorous selection of ingredients, respect for traditional know-how, poetry in the making...: that's what Brewbaix beer is all about!

Located in the Marne Valley, in La Chapelle-Monthodon, France, the Roulot Bruno Earl winery is a family-run business that has been producing champagne since 1981. Founded by Bruno Roulot, the second generation of winemakers, the estate now counts his son Benoît among its members. The estate mainly grows Pinot Meunier, the region's emblematic grape variety, as well as Chardonnay. Thanks to the diversity of its vineyards spread over 6 villages, Roulot Bruno Earl offers a range of champagnes with meticulous blends and varied characters. The wines are made with respect for nature, using traditional methods. The domaine sells its products in France, Europe and a number of foreign countries. The Champagne Biard-Loyaux vineyard is a must for champagne lovers. We accept cheques, credit cards and bank transfers. Products are dispatched by carrier, and you will receive your order and invoice within a fortnight. The vineyard offers a wide selection of cuvées, from original cuvées to elegant cuvées, original cuvées and special bottles. Prices vary according to the products chosen.

Welcome to Cambier, urban brewery of craft beers. Its creator, Jean-Christophe Cambier, an agricultural engineer by training, has a passion for the brewing tradition and a love of contact with the public. This is why he organizes numerous tasting sessions accompanied by visits to the production facilities. It is here that he produces Mongy, named after the founder of the Lille tramway! Mongy is available in a variety of flavours, from lager to IPA. The Cambier range offers limited edition beers.

The Noyon Brewery of the 2 Capes is located between the Capes Blanc-Nez and Gris-Nez. In 2003, Christophe Noyon, an agricultural engineer, started the adventure within the family property of Tardinghen, the farm of Belle Dalle. The brewery has found its place in the old stables, while the store is housed in the old stable. The beers are mainly produced with the barley harvested on the domain. During your visit, you will be able to taste the whole range. New : the Warcove whisky, made in Côte d'Opale.

For five generations, this beautiful house has been cultivating meunier, pinot noir and chardonnay. Its vineyard extends over several wine-producing communes in the Marne valley. Thanks to the development of their fabulous "Espace Sensoriel", unique in Champagne, Nadine and Eric will make you discover the champagne, its history, its elaboration and the culture of the vine through an explanatory video of 15 minutes projected within their museum. Grandson of a master grafter, Philippe Dechelle started very young in the world of viticulture and created his own vineyard from a parcel of vines inherited from his parents, who were harvesters-cooperators. Today, as an independent winegrower, he owns a vineyard of 9 hectares that he works in integrated viticulture. Committed to the promotion of his beautiful terroir, he loves to share his passion for his work with his visitors. 8 generous and greedy wines are to be discovered without further delay!

As early as 1903, Louis Fallet already distinguished himself by obtaining several awards for the elegance of his wines and the mastery of his vineyard. Today, it is Adrien and Paul who perpetuate the ancestral know-how inherited for more than four centuries. These harvesters-manipulators work today a vineyard of 18 ha distributed and produce wines of authenticity which one takes pleasure in tasting. Thanks to parcel-based vinification and rich and balanced blends, these champagnes with a singular temperament will make you discover the unique style of this house.

Today, as Independent Winegrowers, the owners work a vineyard of 8 ha in a reasoned viticulture approach. Their land is mainly planted with meunier grapes. Within this fifth generation of winegrowers, innovation, research and experience are the key words that guide their daily work. Eight charming cuvées, regularly acclaimed, are to be discovered. A favorite is the Magic Vintage 2013 and its honey notes on the finish.

Founded in 2012, this family business is located in Trélou-sur-Marne, a cru where pinot noir dominates.

Harvesting and handling, Julien, who now runs the estate, has developed a flawless know-how that is reflected in the quality of the champagnes he makes each year with drive and passion. The house offers five cuvées: Brut, Demi-Sec, Brut Nature, Rosé de Saignée and Les Bayardes. From the vine to the bottle, Champagne Couvent Julien guarantees quality champagnes, typical of its magnificent terroir.

Founded in the 1920s by Emile Mercier, this fine family business exudes passion and attention to detail. Today, it's Romain who continues the family adventure. But make no mistake, if you pay them a visit, you'll be greeted by a power trio: Marie-Jo in reception, Romain in the cellar and Alain in the vineyards. These independent winegrowers cultivate a 9-hectare vineyard and produce 8 distinctive wines with a strong character!

This family-run business fervently perpetuates ancestral know-how. On a daily basis, these harvesters-manipulants, who are also independent winegrowers, work their vineyards according to the principles of integrated viticulture, with a single credo in mind: respect for biodiversity for healthy, natural wines. Founded in 1950 by Georges Serveaux, a firm believer in his terroir, the third generation is now continuing the family adventure. Today, Martine and Pascal manage 15 hectares of vines in the Marne Valley, where meunier and its fruity aura reign supreme. This talented winemaker produces wines of singular identity and precision. His favorites are Blancs de Vallée (100% chardonnay), Meunier d'Antan (50% meunier, 50% reserve wines) and Douceurs de l'Instant (80% chardonnay, 20% meunier). Worth a visit!

For three generations, the soul and know-how of Robert Léguillette, the founder of the House, has been breathing life into this beautiful 8-hectare estate. Located on clay-limestone slopes and facing south/southeast, the vines are planted with meunier and chardonnay. To make every moment sparkle, the House offers a wide range of wines, boxes and large containers that you will find on the e-boutique. A favorite is the Vieilles Vignes 2013 and its fleshy fruitiness.

This house with its 14 ha of vineyards is today managed by Anna and Franck Météyer, a French-Polish couple who met in the middle of the harvest! Alongside her husband, who represents the fifth generation, the bubbly Anna never misses an opportunity to chat with her visitors. Some of their vines are over 70 years old and allow for complex blends. A favorite is L'Exclusif, a 2016 vintage plot in 100% meunier (zero dosage).

Champagne BOUCANT, based in Bonneil in the Marne Valley, has been cultivating its vineyards for generations. As harvesters and handlers, they press and vinify their harvests, with a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Three selected grape varieties - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay - guarantee a varied range of Champagnes of consistent quality. Hand-picking ensures meticulous selection of the best grapes. Chablis and Guyot pruning ensure that the vines respect the terroir.

When Mireille Jacquesson, winemaker and video artist, meets Andrei Mogoutov, physicist and winemaking scientist, wine and vines are sublimated around a magical experience unique in the world. This projection of images onto soap bubbles, which has been awarded the "Vignoble et Découvertes" label, tells the story of champagne in words, sounds and aromas. For over 500 years, the Beudel family has passionately cultivated the land and then the vines on the hillsides. In 1954, Lucien Bedel gave a new lease of life to the estate, which today covers 7 hectares. Since 1922, Maison Richard has been perpetuating the tradition of authentic family viticulture in the heart of the Marne Valley. Richard, at the head of this estate, passionately cultivates 7 hectares of vines and produces champagnes of remarkable finesse and subtlety. The secret of Maison Richard? A unique, consistent blend of 40% Chardonnay, 50% Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir. A recipe handed down from generation to generation, resulting in eight cuvées of delicate fruitiness and rare elegance.

Craig Allan is a reserved and passionate person. This Scotsman moved to France many years ago. After working in whisky and beer in Great Britain, he chose Picardy to set up his own brewery. He has always had a very precise idea of craft beer, and doesn't hesitate to use a wide variety of hops. After entrusting the production to a Belgian brewer (De Proef), he now makes his entire range in his Picardy village. Perfectly bilingual, he welcomes customers by appointment.

Welcome to the brewpub of Bergues, a pub where beer is brewed and tasted on the spot. The Westhoek Brewery, created by Julien Decroix and his wife, is located in the old slaughterhouse of Bergues. In this historical site, all generations can now meet, coming from the surroundings or passing through the region, for a friendly aperitif with family or friends. To accompany your drink, choose your Italian, Iberian or local board of cold cuts or cheese. And if you like the beer, you can buy it at the store at the entrance when you leave.

All the stages of production will be telling you and the story of the young farmer is fascinating. Of course, you can enjoy the fruits of his work. For example: Le, Péti'apple, cider conflict, cider vinegar or apple jelly. A shop will allow you to bring all these delicacies home! A beautiful address, proud of its roots.

You can't get much more local than Ferme des Mottes' beers, since they are made from the farm's own barley! From being a former amateur brewer, Bertrand Coustenoble has become a talented craftsman-brewer, who advocates 100% natural brewing. Blonde, brown, amber or saffron, there is something for everyone! The Farm also offers very convivial visits and workshops to discover the cultivation of barley and to learn how to make beer the traditional way, followed by a tasting of course!

Between Lumbres, Licques and Desvres, in the heart of a land rich in flavours, go and visit the Wint farm. The Leduc family produces many quality products, including excellent ciders, apple juice and various cheeses. Everything comes from their orchard and dairy farm and everything has been organic since 1998! And for the gourmets, it is always good to know that the cider jelly is absolutely divine on pancakes... La ferme du Wint is part of the France Passion and Bienvenue à la ferme networks.

This wine merchant has been appreciated for 28 years and offers a fine selection of spirits, wines, champagnes and other alcohols. The professionals at your disposal will be able to advise you for a special occasion, a gift idea or to match with a meal. The cellar is particularly specialized in whisky and rum. The selection extends over more than 130 references of whiskies. Spicy, fruity or peated, from Scotland to Japan, there is something for every taste. The traditional and artisanal distillery of Houlle, awarded at the 2019 World Gin Awards with the title of "best jenever in the world", is one of only two remaining genevereries in France. This brandy, typical of the Hauts-de-France region, is made from a subtle blend of cereals flavoured with juniper berries. It has been made in the same way since 1812: from the granary to the sandstone jug, through the still and the oak barrel, you can follow the steps of distillation during the guided tour and a small tasting.

The historical brewery produces the 3 Monts, which every good northerner knows for its strong character, as well as the Houthakker (range of HPA beers) and the Du Moulin (lighter beers). These beers are consumed everywhere and have acquired an international reputation! You will find them in the store along with various products and gift boxes. Pascal Détrez presides over the destiny of this craft brewery. A lifelong connoisseur of country drinks, he is passionate about all fermented beverages. After mead, cider, frênette and redcurrant wine, Pascal turned his attention to beer. After 13 years of brewing and a great deal of research, he embarked on his professional adventure in 2011 in an old farmhouse that had been completely refurbished. Committed to eco-responsibility, he produces entirely organically. For groups and by reservation, he offers to accompany the tasting with a meal of local charcuterie and cheeses on Saturday evenings, taken under a lean-to in the courtyard or in the open air. His main aim is to share his love of beer with visitors!

The Champagne Terroir Expérience association is made up of 10 independent winegrowers who share their passion for 100% terroir champagnes made with respect for nature and tradition, and open the doors of their boutique in Vieux-Lille.
