Here, Pinot meunier is the most cultivated, with 78% grape grape varieties, followed by Chardonnay (13%) and Pinot noir (9%). The vineyard extends to it in different communes on both sides of the Marne: Crouttes-sur-Marne, Villiers-Saint-Denis, Nanteuil-sur-Marne… With an assemblage of new wines and reserve wines, the origin'Origin'is a blend of Pinot meunier to honour. Fine bubbles, nose of dry fruit and candied fruit, and in the mouth, a beautiful freshness on citrus fruits. A lively and tense wine that will lead to an aperitif. The Cuvée Between Sky and Earth shows real know-how in the assemblages, with 80% of Pinot meunier and 20% of Pinot Noir. The dosage, rather low, gives the wine its minéralité and white flower aromas. In the heart of the Deux-Caps site, the Noyon couple perpetuates, since 2003, the tradition and introduces you to the production of beer, from barley cultivation to bottling. Next to them, you will visit the estate then enjoy some pearls of the house: The 2 Caps, Blanche de Wissant, Noire de Slack and valuable Belle Dalle, brewed exclusively with maritime barley. The sale of the products is done on site but also on line. For tasting and end of the year gifts, the address is friendly and original.

The Ambiani craft brewery is a great success! The colorful labels pay homage to Jules Verne, the cathedral and the hortillonnages. The brewery offers five beers: an American blonde ale, a white, an amber, a brown and an IPA, available for sale online at very reasonable prices for such quality! To complete the experience, there's also a taproom where you can sample the beers brewed on site in a warm, family atmosphere. Regular events ensure a festive atmosphere!

At the same time, Amaury d'Herbigny presents his own recipes in his own brewery. His Wal, Dix and Hoppy Yuzu (an IPA beer with a hint of Tibetan Yuzu) are a big hit! Le perlé was created in 1985 by Hubert Delobel, who revived an old recipe for redcurrant wine. Here, we welcome you to the cellar, explain the fermentation process and let you taste the wine. In the open air, a garden features 90 varieties of redcurrants available for tasting. The Vinicole Wine Society develops in the purest tradition of Craonnelle Louis-de-Vauclerc wine. The wine comes from Champagne vines, Pinot noir, Pinot meunier and Chardonnay. A vineyard planted on a chalk and clay field was reconstituted by Pierre Brémard in 1951. The wine of Craonnelle is developed by a family company that always manipulates in an artisanal way. François Marié relaunches the production, more than 130 years after the last written traces of the family brewery. The company then underwent the vicissitudes of history and finally disappeared in 1880. The agricultural activity continued, despite everything. Today, the brewery has regained all its rights, with a remarkable involvement of François and his wife. They even produce the barley and the hops for some beers called "farmhouse beers"! It is also possible to take part in amateur brewing courses of artisanal beers.

This House has been cultivating the vine for four generations with dynamism and passion. Today, Jérôme is in charge with the ambition to make only great wines by going to the essential. Its thirty parcels (7 ha) are worked like little treasures in biodynamics. Its six champagnes and its Coteaux-Champenois Rouge are in the image of its creator: pure and racy with a true identity. 1929 marks the history of this house with the union of Philippe Dérot and Yvonne Delugny. Today, it is the fourth generation that has taken over the reins of the 12-hectare estate. Four grape varieties are grown: pinot noir, meunier, chardonnay and pinot gris fromenteau, a "forgotten" variety. Certified High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne, the vineyard is worked in an environmentally friendly way. Place splendid and in charge of history, these cellars date from the 12th century and were dug to extract the stone necessary to the construction from the medieval fortress of Château-Thierry. The cellars Basket are born in these places at the beginning of the 20th century, when Louis-Eugène Pannier, who had founded his house with Dizy close to Epernay, finds here the perfect place to cope with the development of his company and for the development of champagne. Today this house belongs to a union of producers. Opened on the whole of Champagne, it profits from supplies of quality on the valley of the Marne, the mountain of Reims and the coast of the White, which represents a vineyard of 600 ha.
