Le perlé was created in 1985 by Hubert Delobel, who revived an old recipe for redcurrant wine. Here, we welcome you to the cellar, explain the fermentation process and let you taste the wine. In the open air, a garden features 90 varieties of redcurrants available for tasting. And if you've worked up an appetite, there's a country-style crêperie on the estate, where you can feast on local produce! Five hiking trails start from the Maison du Perlé.
