This brewery is the very first in the region to have obtained organic certification. An important label for its founder, Mathieu Lepoutre, who uses only organic products in order to control their origin and quality. At the heart of the Ferme du Sens, the artisan brewers of Les Moulins d'Ascq are therefore busy creating organic, artisanal beers full of flavour. In 2015, their triple received a bronze medal at the Concours Agricole. But their whites, blondes and ambers are not to be outdone. Not to mention the IPA.

The Normandy Oise deserves its name: cider is one of the specialities of this region stretching from the Beauvaisis to the borders of the Seine-Maritime. Some of the best wines come from this cider house founded in 1955 by Gérard Maeyaert, a former task force (seasonal worker). The establishment changed its name and curiously adopted as an effigy on its site a gorilla (an animal that is not very common in Beauvaisis). There are five types of ciders, but also three beers and six fruit juices (including original rhubarb).

Since 1968, this family of RM has never ceased to bring out the character of its terroir. Half of the 7.5 ha vineyard is planted with Meunier. A fervent follower of agro-ecology, the House pampers its vines with great care. 4 expressive and round champagnes are to be discovered: Brut 204, Brut Zéro (a blend with no dosage), Rosé Royal and Millésime 2014 (in tribute to an indomitable year). There is plenty to enjoy in their cellars and you would be wrong to deprive yourself of it to celebrate all the little pleasures of life!

An exceptional terroir for unique champagnes. Nestled on the slopes of the Marne, the Fleury family vineyard extends over 8 hectares. Since 1842, the family has passionately cultivated the three Champagne grape varieties, producing exceptional champagnes. Winners of numerous awards, these champagnes reflect the finesse and harmony of their aromas. Several vintage cuvées and two rosés make up the range, stemming from a unique terroir and ancestral know-how. Domaine Fleury-Gille invites you to discover its exceptional champagnes.

A tradition that has been carried on in the De Clerck family for more than two hundred years. Here you will discover the main stages in the production of regional beers that have been recognised by connoisseurs for their qualities and aromas. If you wish to taste them (in moderation of course!), you will have the choice between the Colvert in blond, amber or Christmas and Spring version, the Fanette, the Memorial, the Blanche de Péronne, the Belle Siska or the Poppy created during the 90th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme.

On this estate, the family cultivates an 8-hectare vineyard. Since 2015, Maison Léguillette-Romelot has been operating the Clos du Mont Dorin, a unique terroir. Respectful of tradition, they cultivate traditional grape varieties (pinot noir, pinot meunier and chardonnay). But they are also pioneers, reviving three ancient grape varieties: Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbanne. Their aim? To give champagne a unique aromatic originality and complexity.

To discover the origins of this house, you'll have to go back to 1855. At that time, the family's first winegrower ancestor sold his wines to coachmen and boatmen when they stopped at his inn. The family has kept this symbol alive ever since. In a vineyard full of character, the house cultivates 72 plots using biodynamic agriculture. Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

The story of the Brasserie de Vaucelles is a story of friendship between Benjamin and Alexis. Together, they embarked on a hopping adventure with a fixed idea: to succeed in (re) creating an artisanal abbey beer, made with local products. Installed in an old abbey (precisely), the success seems to be there with beautiful products: the Prima beer (light), a blond abbey beer brewed with only four ingredients or the Triple and its 4 different malts. A nice project to follow closely!

The Caves Cédivins are a family business. The story goes back to 1899 when Edmond Roussel set up shop in rue Jules Barni. The different generations then joined him to develop the business. Today two cellars offer a wide choice, in Dury and Glisy. The teams are very good at giving advice, especially to those who are new to the business. The Caves Cédivins also offer a fine selection of spirits: whiskies, rums, armagnacs, cognacs, etc., as well as various beers in cask and bottle. Their references are listed on the website.

Secrets d'Abbayes is a beer cellar that offers regional products and beers from around the world. There are more than 300 regional and Belgian references, but also Danish, American, Swedish,... Blonde, brown, red and white beers! The place is run by a beer enthusiast who is always ready to give good advice. Beer evenings are organized there or concerts with tasting. The Waale microbrewery was born of the conversion of Andrzej Burzynski, a former IT specialist who dreamed of creating his own beer, with the support of his family and friends. The result is a magnificent production, whose star recipe is a light, slightly carbonated triple amber called Waale (a reference to Wasquehal, the ale and the "Whale" whale in the logo). Its little sisters (Waale blonde and IPA, Squaal blonde and triple) as well as more ephemeral ranges complete the global offer perfectly adapted to the different seasons of this craft brewery.

Lovers of meunier and chardonnay will be delighted to stop by this talented house. For five generations, its know-how has delighted connoisseurs. The current owner exploits today 4,5 ha in reasoned viticulture. Since 2019, the estate is labeled "Sustainable Viticulture" (VDC) and "High Environmental Value" (HVE). Six charming wines are to be discovered, including the cuvée Fruitée and its sensual raspberry pink color. Since 2021, the house has been awarded the "Vignoble et Découverte" label for wine tours.

The inhabitants of Cassel are not a little proud! Since 2016, they finally have their local beer. And this amber nectar honors its birthplace since it bears the name of Bière du Reuze, the name of the famous giant of the city of course! At the origin of this beautiful project is Anthony Debailleul, a young passionate brewer. But what is this beer from Cassel like? It is blond, slightly sweet, and based on barley, malt and hops from Flanders that the brewer has carefully selected. And to find out more, don't hesitate to pay a visit.

For the little anecdote, you should know that the "berguenard" first designates the umbrella carried by the giant of the city of Bergues and by extension the inhabitants of the latter. You will have understood, here we prefer local products, and this since 1985 ! The team will be able to guide you and help you choose the wine, the rum or the whisky that suits you. In March 2023, Michaël Assadi and Aurélie Boniface opened this beer shop which already offers more than five hundred references of local, regional and of course Belgian beers: L'Intemporelle (Wailly), la Paysanne de l'Artois (Gavrelle), soon La Rivière. Regional beers with Page 24 and its derivatives, Anosteke, Léonce (Lille), PVL, Saint-Glinlin, but also many Belgian beers, from Malheur to La Corne du Bois des Pendus. The origins of the family business date back to 1957 and it is now Olivier who runs it. The vineyard is worked with respect and common sense. The Thiriez brewery is a family brewery and authentic, natural and secret. The recipes of the beers have been the same for years, which gives the products a real constancy. All year round, you can visit this brewery where you can discover all, or almost all, of the secrets of beer making, its ingredients and its know-how. Tasting is of course a must and takes place in a real Flemish estaminet setting. The shop also offers regional products to accompany your beer.

Anchored in the regional tradition since 1895, the Brasserie la Choulette is one of the oldest breweries in the region, with the Dhaussy family at its head since 1977. They started brewing beer at the end of the 19th century with a steam brewery. Several members of the family succeeded one another until its closure in 1951. It wasn't until 1977 that Alphonse and Alain relaunched the crazy bet of making top fermentation beers for laying down. Today, the influence of the brewery goes beyond the borders. You will tell us about it!

It was a crazy challenge that the heirs of the Motte-Cordonnier family set themselves, but after tasting their "René", we can say that it was met with flying colors! What are we talking about? Beer of course! Here, we have been brewers since 1752 and, since 2018, 15 members of the family have joined forces to relaunch the activity and perpetuate this tradition of local and artisanal brewing. Their first-born is the "René", a tasty and light blonde. A successful challenge!

Brasserie de la Montagne Couronnée is a craft brewery nestled in the heart of the old city of Laon. Its unique craft beers reflect the rich history of the area. Today, Alain Navarre and his daughter Joëlle run this fine family business as independent winegrowers. The estate covers 7 hectares and is planted with the three grape varieties authorized in the appellation contrôlée area. A particular favorite is the oak-aged Cuvée Sybaris, with its light woody notes, as well as the Génération 3. Whatever your occasion, you'll always find a champagne to suit it. The history of Veuve Olivier et Fils: passion and tradition. 1922: Edmond Olivier establishes his winery in Trélou-sur-Marne. 1955: His daughter Liliane and her son Pierre found the Veuve Olivier et Fils brand. Today: The family business continues the tradition. The estate has grown considerably, with Sandrine Charpentier-Olivier and her parents now farming over 18 hectares. Tradition and modernity are at the heart of the creative process, with the status of "récoltant-manipulant".

You will certainly have the pleasure to be welcomed by Sylvie Monnin (granddaughter of the creator of the brand Champagne Couvent) who will make you discover her champagnes elaborated with her husband, Gérard, thanks to their 3 ha vineyard cultivated in reasoned viticulture in order to preserve to the maximum this ground which they cherish so much. Ze Zoet is the story of Antoine and Émilien, two childhood friends from the Lille metropolis, who meet around a common passion: beer. At the end of 2019, they create Ze Zoet, a craft and local beer, which they brew at the Hardy microbrewery, located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. Today, three beers are available: Ze Zoet blonde, Ze Zoet rosé and Ze Zoet IPA. It is possible to order the beer by sending a message on their Instagram account and have it delivered in the Lille Metropolis.

Antoine Gobrecht takes pleasure in delighting beer lovers at his craft brewery. Eager to share the secrets of his hoppy beverages, he warmly presents his 2 tasty ranges. His Premium 104 range includes a powerful triple, an IPA and a pale ale.
