Founded in 1950 by Georges Serveaux, who was convinced of the richness of his terroir, the third generation is now continuing the family adventure. Martine and Pascal cultivate 15 ha of vines in the Marne Valley, where meunier and its fruity aromas dominate. This talented duo creates wines of singular identity and remarkable precision. Their favorites are Blancs de Vallée (100% chardonnay), Meunier d'Antan (50% meunier, 50% reserve wines) and Douceurs de l'Instant (80% chardonnay, 20% meunier). A visit not to be missed!
