Founded in 1950 by Georges Serveaux, a firm believer in his terroir, the third generation is now continuing the family adventure. Today, Martine and Pascal manage 15 hectares of vines in the Marne Valley, where meunier and its fruity aura reign supreme. This talented winemaker produces wines of singular identity and precision. His favorites are Blancs de Vallée (100% chardonnay), Meunier d'Antan (50% meunier, 50% reserve wines) and Douceurs de l'Instant (80% chardonnay, 20% meunier). Worth a visit!
