At Zaza Café Galerie, the ideal way of life is to consume responsibly. It starts with the decor, with vintage furniture, especially Formica, for a total seventies look. And then Zaza is a coffee shop set in a gallery where zero waste and zero plastic are the order of the day. In this cheerful and colorful place, come and enjoy a good coffee from Ethiopia or El Salvador, fair trade of course. At lunchtime, savoury dishes feature seasonal fruit and vegetables, washed down with local organic beer. Vegetarian values are also emphasized. The pastries are gourmet and the brunch generous, but gluten-free and lactose-free. No one is forgotten!

Narbonne is fortunate to be home to the pilot establishment of the small business that sets up Étienne-Coffee & Shop. You will find in the Narbonne tea shop fifteen different origins of coffee, coffees flavoured with vanilla or caramel and nuts, one hundred and forty varieties of tea, the sublime Monbana chocolates in various forms, but also coffee machines, teapots and many accessories. The place is nice for a gourmet break with many milkshakes, coffee or chocolate shakes or hot Viennese chocolate that you will accompany with muffins, cookies... We have been incredibly reasonable and have chosen Chai Tea (Indian milk and spice drink) and Cook Maori flavoured green tea (kiwi, apple, lemon). If you have fallen under the charm of the sign and you are not lucky enough to have a shop near you, you can order directly on the website. Terrace for the summer. To combine business and tasting, a room upstairs for breakfasts and business meetings.

The establishment is located below the bed and breakfast "Du Côté de Chez Jeanne" and takes possession of a part of the arcades on the main square. In the most intimate part of Fourcès, you will find a bistro, a terrace, a tea-room or a restaurant, depending on what you want during the day. Very practical and, above all, very smart. A young, dynamic team welcomes you with a smile. It's even better when you work in such a beautiful place... The quality is top-notch and the portions are adequate.

The Crumble Tea is located in the passage of the Old Palace, linking the rue de la République and the place de la Cathédrale. In the heart of the passage, a wonderful patio (sheltered in winter and cool in summer) houses Crumble Tea. This is a tea room where you can eat particularly well. The home cooking, original and refined, is adapted every day to the mood of the time and to the market. 75 exceptional teas and coffees to accompany cakes and homemade sweets will also delight you for a relaxing snack. And for a very reasonable price for well prepared dishes.

This small tearoom on a sloping street in the center of Millau is run with a smile and good humor. Fresh, seasonal produce and regional specialities form the basis of a menu that changes every week: fresh goat's cheese and pesto cheesecake with carrot and orange velouté, naan with curried zucchini cheese, lamb navarin, pea and feta tart, honey and apricot clafoutis... The menu also includes a range of delicious tarts. Desserts follow the same philosophy, with homemade goodness and lots of gourmet goodness.

Do beautiful family stories appeal to you? The Three Sisters is sure to delight you. Once upon a time, Claire, Albane and Maud were fed up with their boring jobs. Seduced by the beautiful placette Ste-Scarbes, they threw themselves wholeheartedly into the adventure of this tea salon, the aptly named Trois soeurs. It's in the timelessly charming St-Etienne district that they welcome you for your morning coffee, lunch break or afternoon snack. The room is small, the tables tightly packed, voices buzzing around you, it can be noisy at times, but the welcome is smiling, the plates generous and the family spirit... the key to their success.

We love a store that smells of local, organic cooking! The Thé and Co salon offers a wide range of local products for sale: coffees, teas, jams, olive oils, Aude wines, local beer and the famous elderberry lemonade. And what could be more appropriate in the village of books than a library in this charming tearoom where you can enjoy home-cooked meals every lunchtime. The room is set off by vintage furniture, and the decor exudes a super-cosy atmosphere - we love it!

Behind a beautiful stone wall, we discover this very cosy tea room and coffee shop. We are welcomed with a big smile, the decoration is neat, the atmosphere warm, the shaded terrace very pleasant. At the tea factory, you can enjoy home-made pastries, nibble a cookie or a muffin, sip a lemonade, enjoy the fresh and gourmet menu, share a brunch served continuously. You can also come and fill up on tea or coffee for the house, and take away some sweets.

Millau is off the beaten track with this friendly coffee shop. In an Anglo-Saxon atmosphere, one comes for a coffee, tea, snack or a good dinner. At 4pm, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecakes, apple pies and other English pastries. At noon, bagels, sandwiches and wraps. As for drinks, it's a festival of delicacies. All we can tell you is that Nelly doesn't complain about whipped cream! We recommend the lattella and roasted hazelnut syrup, ristretto, whipped cream, caramelized pecans with salted butter...

This salon de thé et tarterie is ideally located in rue du Bal, on the cobblestones leading to the big Saturday market on place du Bourg. In the hands of a convinced environmentalist, it offers simple yet high-quality cuisine based on local, organic or fair-trade produce. The lemonades and beer, for example, are from Aveyron, and the iced coffees and infusions are homemade. The desserts, necessarily prepared on site, are excellent: strawberry tiramisù, chocolate fondant, apricot and almond tart, strawberry rhubarb apple compote..

A very nice address, as the Petit Futé likes them. A charming restaurant, crêperie/tea room, almost "intimate", run by 2 lovely women. Valérie and Marie are passionate about their work, they have given the Font Café a new look with their creations which are for sale... We strongly encourage you to enjoy the magnificent view from the terrace overlooking the valley. A tea, a cappuccino, a crêpe or delicious tapas of ham and cheese for a relaxing break, one of those little things that gives you great happiness.

When you come to Carcassonne, you visit the medieval City, but you also go down to the city to enjoy the charm and friendliness of the Place Carnot (very lively on market days). Petit Moka is the perfect place to take the time, the opportunity to take a small coffee, a tea or if the lunch break approaches to enjoy a simple and good kitchen (see restaurant section). In the afternoon, the terrace is taken by young moms who come with their small blonde heads to taste an ice or a small crepe. At Petit Moka you can also buy your coffee in grain or ground at the time, "Brazil" is our favorite. An address or a good mood is all year round!

At the pretty Café des fleurs, we come to look for Marion's smile and the good things she proposes. For breakfast, a break or a gourmet snack, there are cookies, pancakes, fruit tarts, pavlova, banana bread, banoffee... There is a wide range of sweets. The products are bought as much as possible in bulk or in large packages to limit unnecessary packaging and come from the region, from France or from a sustainable agriculture. We can also privatize the place for special occasions.

After studying in Montpellier and living in Ajaccio for a while, Magalie came back home, determined to open her coffee shop in Saint-Jean-du-Bruel. Since June 2020, the young woman, who trained as a barista, has been serving non-alcoholic cocktails and espresso-based coffee drinks to the people of the village and to tourists. At lunchtime, she serves food in this small business that she wanted to reflect her image: optimistic and sparkling. A few colourful tables, set up on the porch, allow you to taste salads, sandwiches or nicely elaborated boards.

The Mecoën house offers four addresses, one of which is opposite the abbey church and another in La Mégère. In this family-run establishment with a friendly atmosphere, you can buy bread and cakes but also taste them on the spot! Mecoën's chocolates are available in bags or in boxes and have a unique and refined taste. The house is also a tea room, inviting you to sit down in the beautiful sofas, unless you prefer the terrace, to have a cup of tea or a coffee, to be accompanied by a piece of quiche or pizza, a pie, a crêpe or an ice cream.

A charming tea room located in a pretty patio next to the new Rigaud museum. Teas on the menu, green, red, white, black, smoked or iced with subtle blends whose compositions I will not mention. If you prefer a coffee, don't worry, it would take too long to mention everything. You prefer chocolate, and how do you like it? Viennese, Liégeois, hot with spices or iced? In two words, P'tit Mailly is a pleasant place for a little break in the middle of the books available to customers.

La Maison Baudequin is much more than a tea room, it is also a family pastry shop and a chocolate maker. You can stop in for a delicious breakfast, a snack or an afternoon snack, accompanied by a creamy hot chocolate, the house specialty. The cakes, served in generous portions, have pride of place: cheesecake, carrot cake, fruit pies, chocolate pies... you will be spoilt for choice! Some tables are installed on the terrace in summer. A highly recommendable address, and appreciated by the Lecturers.

Prescilla went back to school and took her CAP pastry diploma as an independent candidate to open this cosy, elegant tearoom in Millau town center. The menu at Les Gourmandises de Jules, named after her son, includes homemade cakes, tarts and cookies, accompanied by a good cup of coffee, organic tea, lemonade or homemade fruit juice. At lunchtime, the menu is simple, but as tasty as it is affordable: salad, buddha bowl and main course (hake with mushroom and cream sauce...).

At the foot of the cathedral, this store combines bakery, tea room and small grocery store. Breads, viennoiseries and delicious pastries are featured, as well as a fine range of local products (fruit and vegetables, armagnac, beers, wines, cheeses, jams, juices...). In a country-style atmosphere, take a break with a breathtaking view of the majestic Sainte-Marie and enjoy a hot or cold drink, accompanied by an excellent gluten-free brownie, cookie or brioche... all homemade, of course!

Sylvain Raynard-Lloan has recently transformed the former "Poulailler décalé" into a new tearoom and loose tea boutique. Here you can enjoy delicious teas, carefully selected and recommended by Sylvain, as well as coffees and hot chocolates, and homemade syrups and iced teas. On the sweet side of the shop window, you can choose from traditional viennoiseries, home-made madeleines, crêpes and choux pastries with vanilla whipped cream. This lively place also sometimes hosts attractive exhibitions and small concerts.

In this shady alleyway leading to the cathedral, this small tea room is quite discreet. However, it is very popular, especially for the lunchtime menus with their beautiful, copious and colourful dishes. Soups, pies and homemade breads make your mouth water. And of course, you can't go into Christine's without tasting one of her desserts: from cheesecake to chocolate raspberry crunch, not forgetting the lemon meringue pie, everything is appetising. Very nice decoration and cosy atmosphere with a friendly welcome.

At Brigitte and Sam, gender merges. A arty, côté side - this is the HQ of the photographers of Frozen Lake, the gallery - or workshops of paintings, furniture and knitting… A little gourmet, with fast dining and Moroccan chef specialities (hello, tajine, moussaka, soups, salads or dishes of the day) + good oriental pastries. The fruit bar with an impressive map of smoothies attracts small and large (2,50 € to 4 €). The coffee, tea or coffee + cake also (3 €). At the Amalgam Café, there is even a library with a free book exchange system.

This tearoom is perfectly situated in the shadow of the cathedral. The delicious pastries are home-made by Marion, as are the crêpes, waffles, syrups and artisanal ice creams offered in summer. Accompanied by a 100% arabica coffee, Le Caramelo, their salted butter caramel and pecan cookie, is a big hit. For lunch, you can choose from daily specials, quiches, hot dogs and sandwiches. In the boutique, you'll find organic tea, roasted coffee and many other delicacies from carefully selected local producers.

The smell of patisserie fills the air as you pass by Marine's cookie and tea room between Jean-Jaurès and Comédie. Two tables in front, two tables inside and a pastry workshop. Financiers, white chocolate cookies or hot chocolate heart sablé for fans. The "passionnément", a cookie with milk chocolate, dark chocolate and walnuts, is a great success. Sachets of homemade aperitif cookies. Fabien Laurino's jams and Pédone's artisanal ice creams complete the range.

Doriane runs this great Mendois coffee-shop opposite the Post Office. Above all, she likes to please with old-fashioned music, immersing you in the Marvel universe. In a setting worthy of the USA, this energetic ex-gendarme serves coffees and other gourmet beverages, including bubble tea and chai spice latte. Doriane also sets the table, with a menu of bagels, hot dogs, desserts and snacks, including the highly original Bubble Waffle (sweet or savoury), as well as a takeaway or eat-in menu.

Le Cosy du Plo is the address for gourmet taste buds, with two separate boutiques-tea rooms: one in the heart of the city, the other in town. To reconcile indulgence and well-being, we go for natural, local, carefully selected products. The star products: artisanal ice creams and pastries. But we also go for fresh salads at lunchtime, homemade soups, fruit juices and detox smoothies, dishes and drinks that match the seasons... Relax in this cocoon, take your time and enjoy!

In her shop, Audrey offers a selection of nearly 150 different varieties, most of which are certified organic. Green, black, white, yellow... Grown in Nepal, Japan, China, Thailand, Sri Lanka or India... Natural or scented... The choice is dizzying. Audrey also offers all the necessary accessories for a proper tasting: teapots, kettles, cups... A corner in the shop allows you to sit down at any time of the day to enjoy a tea of course, but also a coffee or homemade lemonades.

Bonobo is reminiscent of the trendy spots that can be found in the trendiest neighbourhoods of New York. Here nature invites itself to the table, soft music accompanies the gourmet breaks and the menu is delicate. It is a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. The café's kitchen makes tempting proposals in the form of pancakes, bowls, cakes... Every Sunday, the address becomes one of the most popular brunches in the city. We particularly appreciate the English-speaking atmosphere of the address.

The La Belle Brune team loves to play with words and tastes. Especially in the choice of specialty coffees prepared in a variety of ways: latte frappé, cold brew, cappuccino, americano, filter... The wide choice of teas will also satisfy tea lovers. For sustenance: the homemade bun with scrambled eggs and cow's tomme or the lunch bowl for savoury dishes; granola, pancakes, cookies and rolled brioche for sweet treats. Coffee lovers, it's time to stop at Virgule to enjoy a specialty coffee. What the hell is this? This is a top-of-the-range, rather top-of-the-range coffee whose traceability, quality requirements and fair production make it a remarkable product... so you might as well take the time to appreciate it! Here, the vegan attitude is emphasized: no cow's milk in the milkshakes or chai teas. The cakes change according to the mood of Charles, the happy owner of the place! Throughout the day, you can treat yourself to a sweet and savoury break, on the spot or to take away. Don't forget to bring your cups because the approach is also eco-friendly!

A lovely new addition to the city center, the whole area around Place des Poilus is getting a second wind. At Bacan, you'll find street food from all over the world, served in a warm, colorful decor like the dishes on offer. The owners are proud of their bold yet simple cuisine. From breakfast at 9 a.m. to lunch at 4 p.m., you'll be seduced by the diversity of flavors. Finally, on Sundays, a super brunch awaits you in the same spirit. A new concept that's making a name for itself.

In the Saint-Etienne district, a fresh and colorful address, with wood here and there and industrial furniture. Ash is open for lunch and snacks. The menu is renewed daily. Desserts are a little less common than in other tea rooms. Revisited, often garnished with fantasy and very much influenced by the "Strawberry Shortcake" generation! Like Ash's Chacha, a charlotte (sic!) with madeleines and strawberries as garnish. The Napolitain with its vanilla-chocolate stripes. The Montebello, made entirely with pistachios and a few raspberries... Saturday is brunch!

Caroline welcomes you to her warm, colorful and flower-filled tea room. You can choose from a wide range of teas, as well as herbal teas, coffees or hot chocolates, fruit juices or artisanal syrups... Of course, those with a sweet tooth can accompany their drink with a home-made pastry or two. The vast majority of products are organic. Whether on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Place Gambetta and its arcades, or indoors, with a view over the valley, you're sure to enjoy a relaxed, gourmet moment.

This new convivial space in the countryside has opened in La Romieu! This third-living space brings together reading enthusiasts in a warm and inviting place where you can also take a coffee break. Come and have a drink and meet the locals, browse the shelves for a book, read while drinking a coffee, work in the shared coworking space or enjoy a show. It's also an artists' home where artists can come to work, exhibit their work and stay. A very pleasant intergenerational place.
