Perlette is the tea room where you can sit back and enjoy a delicious treat. Why is that? Just take a look at their window display. There you'll find tasty pastries... you'll want to see! Jérôme Dijoux's creations, with their hint of praline and crème pâtissière, delicate seasonal tarts, fruity mousses mounted on subtle shortcrust pastry... Four other addresses for addicts: two boutiques (one rue du Poids de l'Huile, the other rue des Filatiers), Perlette goûter and La Manufacture, a laboratory where you can take classes!

We loved this new restaurant tea room. Everything is homemade and very good, especially the pastries. a delight! The atmosphere is also very nice: a small back in time due to the decor and the music from the early 20c. Bref, very good discovery in the heart of Toulouse!
