MAISON COLLONGUES
Already known for the excellent bakery-pastry shop in the rue d'Alsace, the Maison Collongues offers a second gourmet space in the heart of the historic centre of Auch. It is around three services that this establishment is designed: a patisserie-chocolate shop and bread depot on one side, fast food on the other, and in the back shop an on-site restaurant called "Le Médiéval". The entrance of the latter brings into the modern, sparkling and colourful decor, a touch of ancient architecture with its arcade, its gothic window and its old stones. The tea room adapts itself to each break: those in a hurry will take away pastries, home-made chocolates, various delicacies, traditional and special breads, pancakes, sandwiches, croissant-jamb or eat them on the spot with a cold or hot drink. The opening hours allow you to have breakfast, lunch, a snack and also, why not, a quick dinner. All of this is combined with the flavours of the season, with varied, healthy and balanced menus and local and regional products.
