After leaving her native Auvergne, Hélène set up shop not far from the station (not even afraid of the building work and the neighborhood!) to open this chocolate shop-tea room. Here, everything is homemade, from the logo to the decor and, of course, the chocolate! Gourmet squares, bars, candies and even spreads. If the portions are smaller than average, it's so you can enjoy them in one bite! Courageous and passionate, Hélène also sells her raw materials. The idea of the returnable box and bag is also brilliant.

This charming boutique, inaugurated in August 2022, invites you to a delectable gourmet escape. From the moment you enter, the warm, rustic decor sets the scene. For those with a sweet tooth, you'll discover a whole range of artisanal products, from the essential chocolate bar to palm oil-free spreads. Not forgetting the famous babas and Harry Potter-inspired delights... Savoury connoisseurs can rest assured that the store also offers spreads and spices to delight their taste buds. This delicatessen pays tribute to culinary traditions with a whole range of products to discover.

For gourmets and gourmands alike, Torréfaction Dieppoise Arthur et Paul is a veritable paradise. When you open the door to this delicatessen with its deliciously vintage charm, you're immediately plunged into a whirlwind of exquisite scents. Freshly roasted coffee blends with the aromas of Bonnat chocolate and spices sold on site. Tea and herbal tea lovers are also delighted by the vast choice on offer here. On-site or online, you'll find everything you need to put together a gourmet basket to give as a gift or share with loved ones.

Year after year, Rémi Chapuis' patisserie-chocolaterie remains a favourite. With your senses on alert, you wander around the store with one fixed idea in mind: try everything! You'll have to choose between the éclairs or the margaux, the macarons or the praline rochers, the chocolates with fragrant ganaches or Guillaume's Conquest, THE house specialty. Hard work! But the smile and welcome of Sandrine, the owner, and the certainty of coming back make the ordeal surmountable.

It is under the leadership of Christophe Henninger that this beautiful chocolate factory is a reference in the Perche region. Open from Wednesday to Sunday, you will enjoy the inventive and very professional team of chocolatiers and pastry chefs. Among the specialties: praline candies, ganaches, macarons, saint-honoré, chocolate tarts and some new products such as chocolate bars with caramelized hazelnuts. Also maintained, the very close collaboration with the greatest chocolate houses: we love it.

The house Héloin is appreciated by all the great Norman gourmands since 1830. You can find melting chocolate bites, chocolate blocks by weight (dark, white, milk...), golden blocks, fruit jellies, calissons, old-fashioned candies (grey paste, licorice, violets...), Rouen apple sugars... And a multitude of other gourmet products to offer to yourself or to your loved ones. This confectionery is, since many years, a real institution of the old Rouen, especially as the reception is particularly pleasant!

The house has existed since 1946. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful, creamy hot chocolate in the tearoom accompanied by a succulent cake, and leave with some of the house's specialties such as the Rocs de Granville, caramelized puffed wheat, caramel chocolates, infused with cinnamon stick, ginger, star anise, raspberry pulp. Yver also makes pastries and macaroons that have nothing to envy the best. As you can see, this is the ultimate in this field.

Since 2018, Tiphaine and Stéphane's chocolate shop has been located in the town of Ouistreham. With your nose glued to the window, you give in to temptation: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, garnished chocolate... The range, made with Valrhona - the professional brand - and grands crus (pure Brazil, pure Madagascar), includes a variety of creations (mendiants, roses des sables, lollipops, tablettes, orangettes) and confectionery (fruit jellies, caramels, marshmallows). We could stay for hours looking out of the window, eating with our eyes these jewels passionately prepared by Nicolas Barbet and his beautiful team. Each season, each holiday on the calendar is an opportunity for a sweet pleasure. From macaroons to "pièce montée", from nougatine to marshmallow! Here, we don't manufacture, we sculpt. We even saw pumps and lily of the valley more real than life in chocolate. This chocolate and pastry maker is an artist. An artist so passionate that he organises workshops to share his secrets. In turn, you will amaze your friends who will melt with pleasure.

It is a must! If you pass by the central district, you can't miss this beautiful store. Chocolates, fine pastries, macarons... Jean-François Foucher's reputation has long gone beyond the departmental borders. On the spot, to take away or for your holiday desserts, the references are very popular, like the Saint-Honoré in the house style. Finally, note that the company also has a bakery, located next door.

At the end of the year, the house manufactures salted macaroons (Foie gras - Pomme apple, salmon, Bresse blue, eggplant caviar). Pastries are also offered, such as the chocolate pie (hé, normal for an ensign whose first vocation is to be chocolate loving!), the tears of Jeanne d'Arc, the havraises towers…

A shop in Bernay, but also and above all a laboratory in La Barre-en-Ouche that you can visit by appointment. Mickaël Hurel, a young chocolatier who has settled there since 2007, likes to exchange and share, in addition to chocolate! He creates delicious delicacies, succulent or tasty ganaches coated with fruit, each one more original and inventive than the last. One of them, a palette of paint made entirely of chocolate, with its colourful small pots, earned him the Panache d'Or of French and Navarre gastronomy, a nice distinction for a talented artist you should absolutely meet during a stay in Bernay or in the region!

Auzou is an institution in Normandy! In the family, we are chocolate from father to son and daughter, since 1918, and we find shops in the arms of the family in Evreux, Rouen, Le Havre, and recently in Amiens, in Picardy. The two main specialties of the house are of course chocolate, which comes here in many delicacies with evocative names such as the Evreux pavement (praline) or Number One (chocolate in a tender heart), but also the macaroons, and their multitude of perfumes, as delicious as the others. The house also offers sugar, apples from Normandy in Calvados, ancient bags to old or Encore of Auzou, feuilleté feuilleté and nougatine. Sweet, salted, glazed, palace ends will find their happiness. Nice gift idea: the baskets of pieces of chocolate, thick like tablets to the old, and delicious!

Beyer House was founded nearly 60 years ago. After the departure of Philippe Beyer, a talented young chocolate maker, Maxime, took up the torch. Here you can choose from fine chocolates, pralines, and ganaches, as elegant as they are tasty, as well as confectionery for all tastes. Try the Galets de la Seine, the summer speciality, the Ardoises du Vieux-Marché, or the Pensée normande... Not forgetting the famous Calvados-flavoured marzipan, homemade apples, bites, sweets, and seasonal chocolates.

Well established on the Place de la Fontaine, in the heart of the Cherbourg hypercentre for more than forty years, the Yvard house is at the top of the list when it comes to pastry and chocolate. But not only: indeed, the tea room, located at the back of the shop, combines the pleasure of the taste buds, whether it is pastry or ice cream. If you haven't been here for some time, you will discover a brand new decoration, very successful.

Every self-respecting Rouennais already knows Auzou! Three generations of chocolatiers have been delighting locals and tourists alike since 1917. It is in the back store of 163 rue du Gros-Horloge that the famous Tears of Joan of Arc were created, a pure sin of greed. Other Norman specialties on sale here: apples with calvados and salted butter caramels. And for the past few years, Auzou has gained in popularity thanks to its macarons with varied and original tastes!

This tea room is seductive just by its name. Our senses are awakened as soon as we walk through the door. The pastries make your head spin and the madeleines, the shop's flagship product - especially in Cabourg - keep their promise. An emblematic house on the Norman coast, this Dupont "avec un thé" is well established in several cities on the coast, Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville and Dives-sur-Mer, with an undeniable success. In 1990, Jean-Pierre Etienvre, meilleur ouvrier de France, refined the brand and made it a must for all the sweet tooth. The creations are bold, fine and delicious. Certainly, a hot chocolate or a pastry at four o'clock at Dupont's, in the small room on the ground floor, or in the largest one on the first floor, is not cheap. So, each time, we say to ourselves: "It's good for once", while off-loading a few euros off our wallet. Despite the crowds, the staff is charming and bend over backwards to please. How can you resist? Besides, you only have one life with a big "L", right?

Looking for inspiration? You're bound to find something to please you when you come to the Atelier du Chocolat. The traditional flower bouquet is too old-fashioned, it fades - and to top it all off for the gourmands: you can't eat it! So why not play the card of originality and opt for a chocolate composition instead. Dark like passion, white like purity or milk like tenderness, your sweetheart will undoubtedly be delighted. Take a journey of the senses from Sao Tome to Madagascar, passing through Venezuela. Stop for a bite of raspberry or orange chocolate, take off again to taste almond or hazelnut chocolate. And for the more adventurous, or mischievous, consider taking a piece of chocolate with Espelette chili (there's a reason the parent company is in the Basque Country, in Bayonne). And don't worry, no burning mouth, you will only feel a slight tingling at the end. Cherry on the cake (and not on the chocolate), at l'Atelier du Chocolat, the smile is unbreakable.

The origin of the Le Havre affair dates back to 1890! Decades and decades of generosity.... This Generous Godfather is the specialist in sugared almonds and fine chocolates. The company's chocolate craftsman produces a range of regional specialties on site, such as apple-calvados, dominos from the Pays de Caux, and pralines. Since 2017, François^1er, a stamped praline, has been completing the range of their chocolate candies.

On the tourist route, you can't miss this colourful building. The chocolate is made in a traditional way and you can see for yourself because a large bay allows you to discover a part of the laboratory. In the shop, it's hard to resist: a large choice of bags, boxes or other forms of presentation is proposed. The team, very nice, will allow you to have informed advice.
