The famous Vendéenne teacher opened a delicious boutique in the centre of Le Havre last year. The story began in 1877. The Witness family is located in the heart of Caen. Master chocolate makers from generation to generation, Witnesses passed the torch in 2007 to Étienne Dolfi (famous for its confectionery establishments at the Mother of Family). Here you'll find confectionery and products from the Chocolaterie du Drakkar. Among the specialties: Bayeux chocolate (hazelnut coated with dark chocolate from Madagascar), Drakkar (a funny little potato shape, but a meringue mousse with praline to die for), Duc Guillaume (with Calvados) and Cans-cans. Here is an establishment that lives up to its name! In a recently renovated store, with large windows and a chic white and black interior, the shop has a lot going for it. The pastries and breads are delicious, but it's the pastries that are worth the detour, as the place certainly offers some of the best creations in the field: the choice is vast and you won't know where to turn. Finally, note that the place is very easy to find in Barfleur, and that you can easily park nearby.
