Franck and Christelle Lavigne, producers who have been in Epaignes for twenty years, sell here the products of their farms, located just a few hundred metres away: poultry (chickens, hens, guinea fowl, ducks), rabbits, eggs, magret, pig, duck, and goose, candied, terrine, charcuterie, and cooked dishes… Foie gras is one of the jewels of their production: ducks are stuffed in the open air, according to tradition, and fat livers are guaranteed without preservatives. The choice here and year-round is the fatty liver in pan-pan steak and, above all, the semi-baked fat liver in jar. Franck and Christelle Lavigne also welcome you to the Auberge de la Houssaye, where you can enjoy their productions.
