If you've been waiting impatiently for the return of the Fair to be able to taste these famous croustillons? Good news: the Pasquier confectionery offers these delicious treats all year round! If you're in the mood (and your stomach!) for a snack, you'll find it here every day of the week. And that's not counting the crêpes and waffles, the lollipops and the pommes d'amour... It was Karl Pasquier's son who had the brilliant idea of opening a store in Caen, before later developing a whole network. Hats off to him!
