Fromagerie Durand is not only the last Camembert producer in the eponymous commune, it’s also one of the last farmhouse producers of Camembert PDO. A raw-milk, ladle-molded Camembert made from the milk of its cows. During your visit, you’ll learn all about the making of this gourmet heir to Marie Harel’s famous Normandy label. And let’s face it, there’s no such thing as "Camembert de Normandie AOP" (the only real one)! The boutique also sells other dairy products from the farm.
