At Le Moulin de Léopaul, Emmanuel and Stéphanie Raillard grow 100% organic and 100% local wheat. The production of wheat, spelt, small spelt and Khorasan wheat is transformed into^first choice flours and artisanal pasta with an inimitable taste. The doors of the mill are gladly opened to discover their profession of committed farmer, visit the installation and pass to the store. The quality of the flours and pasta seduces bakers, pizzerias and gourmet restaurants who are delighted with the results obtained for their preparations.

In an almost deserted city centre, it's nice to find a small grocery store like this, not far from the Basilica and the Baron Martin Museum. There are quite classic products, as in any shop. Her selections are Made in France and regional, they are made by creative and independent craftsmen. Browse around and you will find something tasteful and original. Established in 1974, this artisanal factory offers fresh pasta and ready-made lasagne. Mainly supplying schools and hospitals, the store is open all week to private customers. Maison Billot has been THE Burgundy snail specialist since 1796! This love affair with Burgundy's flagship product, a worthy representative of French gastronomy, is nothing new. Located in the hamlet of Les Granges, 800 meters from the village of Petit Mercey, Escargotière Bonvalot is a farm produce store in the Jura region, between Dole and Besançon. Since 2009, Christophe Lepage has taken over the family business: an estate of just over 2.5 hectares whose plots are located in the vineyards overlooking Joigny. La Cave de Longeault, located near Genlis, offers Sylvain Thibaud's selections of wines, beers, spirits and delicatessen. When quality and expertise meet passion, the result is Maison Toussaint. Orchestrated by Pascal and his son Pierre-Emmanuel, it's a benchmark in artisanal delicacies. While the signature recipe is the spice cake, it's hard to resist the different types of shortbread: plain, hazelnut, caramel, etc. Special mention should be made of the blackcurrant nonnettes, Arcelottes and dark and milk chocolate spreads. Blandine and Luc Lecherf have taken to calling their mushrooms "les Dijon". They are cultivated in a valley on the Sombernon plateau, a small castle steeped in history. At the Champignonnière de Dijon, you can also find shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and poplar pholiotes, fresh but also cooked in different preparations, in spreads, in veloutés, in parsley... The Champignonnière is open to the public and you can have lunch there on Sundays by reservation.

This is one of the 2 boutiques of the Fruitière du Temps Comté, the production workshop and store of the same name being located in Pont-du-Navoy. Alongside them, the AOP franc-comtoises (cancoillotte, tomme du Jura...), yoghurts, charcuterie, wines, liqueurs, cured meats, honeys and jams. Not forgetting specialities from other regions.
