The house founded by the Jahier family was born a long time ago. 1850 shipping slips are proof of this. This boutique is an ode to the land! The cheese cellar offers regional and national specialities: the classic county, the remarkable Briques bricks, passing through the lardu, this famous goat cheese covered with lard to melt into the frying pan. The selection is rigorous and hétéroclite. On the edge of the cheese factory you can find a fine grocery store. We appreciate the wide time range (starting on Fridays). Note: you can find a wide selection of products for sale by mail on the shop website! Thus, even after the holidays have been completed, you can find the franc products you have loved.
