Henri Mutin, best known for his crémants, is first and foremost a farmer. A fervent advocate of organic farming, as for the crémant he produces, he offers AB-labeled cereals. These include the rising stars that even top chefs are looking for: coral or beluga lentils, chickpeas and split peas to serve today's cuisine. Henri Mutin also offers a number of glass jars, including lentil stew with tomatoes and pre-cooked chickpeas. His pulses are labeled 100% Côte-d'Or!

AB (organic farming). High environmental value. Open daily and on public holidays from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Preferably by appointment. Tastings, visits and purchases preferably by appointment. Mail-order sales. AB" organic label, 100% Côte-d'Or and HVE for cereal production. France Passion welcome. Open house on Sunday, the day after the Fête du Crémant de Chatillon, with some fifteen exhibitors. Part of the Bienvenue à la Ferme network - Vignobles et Découvertes and De Vignes en Caves labels - AB organic viticulture.
