Since his beginnings in 1995, Henri Mutin has been one of the most fervent promoters of Crémant du Châtillonnais in organic farming. Of the ten or so cuvées he offers, his Tête de Cuvée 100% Chardonnay and Cuvée Prestige, a balance of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, are Eminents, while Cuvée M is Grand Eminent aged over 36 months on laths. In 2025, Henri Mutin releases its woody cuvée La Grange aux Clercs, aged in 100% Massingy oak barrels. Henri Mutin also offers a wide range of organic cereals: spelt, chia, lentils, chickpeas, etc.

Un crémant d'éxception, récompensé par une très belle Médaille d'Argent aux Pétillants du Monde ainsi que de nombreuses autres Médailles d'Or. Amateurs de très bon vin, vous serez conquis!

Crémants quality that supplants perfectly champagne. The M is my favourite. Welcoming estate, you must stop there to enjoy it and of course to be tempted by a few bottles.
