Le Pôle, owned by the General Council of Expensive, gathers one of equipment (horse race) and riding (quarries, course cross...) most of France. With more than 50 days of events annually, 7 of which meetings of races and national and international events of horse and carriage, jumps of obstacles, horse- ball and the competitions, attracting an increasing number of passionate horse and donkey but also a family public nature lovers and relaxation (rental, donkey rides cart, hiking...). It has a station of the national stud farms and the breed of Large Black donkey of Berry whose original is in Lignières. Each pentecost Monday, the fair with donkeys of Lignières attracts in the village of thousands of passionate donkeys of France. Le Pôle du Cheval and l'âne opened in June 2010 an unusual holiday village, which has a capacity of 200 beds in sedentary caravans.
