Center de la Résistance (Resistance Center) with 8 rooms dedicated to the national and local history of the Second World War.

It was only after 50 years of struggle, and thanks to the tenacity and donations of members of the Resistance and their families, that the Centre de la Résistance was able to open its doors. Eight rooms make it possible to pass on their testimony to younger generations by immersing themselves in the Second World War, and to discover the national and local history of this period, thus winning the last battle against forgetting the heroism of all those who sacrificed themselves for their country.

Cuidado e informativo museo sobre la ocupación, resistencia y liberación de Francia frente al nazismo, con biografías de héroes locales. El museo es pequeño, pero la exposición histórica es excelente. Ofrecen traducción al menos al inglés y al español. Las trabajadoras son muy agradables y una de ellas es prácticamente bilingüe en castellano. ¡Todo un descubrimiento durante mi estancia en Blois!

Very interesting museum with a lot of items in their collections. They can also offer you a leaflet in English or Spanish where everything is translated.

Petit musée de la résistance avec quelques témoignages de résistant ou deporter il est toujours bon de ne pas oublier le passé…
Alors si nous voulons ne jamais oublier allez y 5 euros ce n’est pas très grand mais l’histoire ne s’oublie pas..

Un musée qui rend hommage au mouvement de résistance et aux victimes de la déportation du secteur. Je recommande cette visite lors d'une halte à Blois. L'employée de l'accueil est très aimable, c'est agréable. En ce moment une exposition à lieu à l'étage sur la tolérance. Quant au prix, c'est très attractif. Petit bonus, j'ai beaucoup apprécier l'accès à l'abri souterrain ou venait se réfugier les écoliers et les soldats. Je n'avais jamais eu l'occasion d'en visiter un!
