Her creative, contemporary cuisine is based on the balance of the 5 elements of Chinese philosophy. It's a true culinary voyage, with a choice of several menus. A unique experience.

Since March 2016, Sühring has been presenting the best of modern German cuisine inspired by childhood memories and family recipes. All these recipes combine the essence of traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences. Awarded 2 Michelin stars, twins Thomas & Mathias Sühring now invite guests into their home, offering warm hospitality in a relaxed, soothing and elegant environment. All beverages follow the same philosophy as the two chefs' cuisine.

Definitely one of the best restaurants on the island. Here the emphasis is on fish and seafood specialities, cooked in the Thai way or simply grilled. The local products are fresh, the preparation and cooking of the dishes, carefully presented, are perfect. Open kitchen. The setting is charming, with subdued lights and wooden furniture. Simple but popular restaurant, especially at breakfast time. The nostalgic setting, in a style resolutely inherited from the Chinese merchants, with old photos of Phuket Old Town on the walls, is pleasant. There are two rooms on the street: an air-conditioned one at 14, and another one at 18, as in the old days, open on the road and with only fans. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere but the quality of the dishes is undeniable. Try the Hokkien noodles, a delicious specialty of Phuket's Perakan cuisine.

This small establishment on the sidewalk of the promenade, with plastic chairs, is frequented by the locals, and for good reason: the food is excellent. Djai, the chef, has more than 30 years of experience and prepares an authentic cuisine for you. The portions are generous and at affordable prices. The specialties: Thai soups (tom yam), curries, steamed fish, crab, ice-cream fritter. At choice, a very wide choice on the menu, and moreover, 2 tasting menus. The menu is translated into French.

Meal-show in this place with subdued light and romantic decor in the traditional style. This very chic and rather expensive restaurant, for Thailand, is a little gem, nestled in an old Sino-Portuguese shophouse. Customers are hand-picked, so it is best to book or arrive early. You won't be able to miss it, a large sculpture of a multicolored lobster adorns the facade! The dishes are exquisite and the presentation is meticulous. Favour the recipes of the south of the country and the specialities of fish and seafood. An acoustic orchestra plays in the evening and contributes to the chic atmosphere of the place. The establishment is very popular with the locals, so make sure to book, especially on weekends.

The cuisine is refined, the dishes original and well presented, the products fresh. Several formulas are proposed (discovery menu, gourmet, etc.). This Franco-Thai bar-restaurant, run by Philippe and his wife Nic, is located at the eastern end of Thong Krut beach, almost on the point. Superb view on Koh Tan and pleasant decoration. Choice of French and Thai dishes at affordable prices and an equally interesting selection of wines imported from France. For those nostalgic for beef bourguignon, snails... You've come to the right place! Its secluded location, swept by a sea breeze, makes it the ideal place to stroll with friends, especially in the late afternoon.

This small, unpretentious establishment, close to the station, offers vegetarian and vegan specialities from the Issan region. It is possible to install in the air-conditioned room or on the terrace. The whole is impeccable, with tablecloths on the tables. The cuisine is flavoured with strong flavours, typical of this region of the northeast of the country. A wide variety of dishes are available, some can be quite spicy, do not hesitate to specify the degree of chilli desired. The owner also offers cooking classes on site.

In the heart of the old town, this restaurant, with its pleasant setting (open terrace or air-conditioned room), offers authentic Italian cuisine. A la carte pizzas of course, pasta, antipasti... The ingredients, mainly organic, are carefully chosen: excellent Parma ham, gorgonzola, arugula... That's excellent! Some Thai dishes are also on the menu. Suggestions of the day are offered in addition to the classic menu. It's certainly a little expensive, but it's one of the best Italian restaurants in the city.
