Since March 2016, Sühring has been presenting the best of modern German cuisine inspired by childhood memories and family recipes. All these recipes combine the essence of traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences. Awarded 2 Michelin stars, twins Thomas & Mathias Sühring now invite guests into their home, offering warm hospitality in a relaxed, soothing and elegant environment. All beverages follow the same philosophy as the two chefs' cuisine.

By far the best Michelin-star restaurant I’ve ever been to. From extremely high quality ingredients to beautiful presentation, I don’t think anyone could ever be disappointed by this one of a kind restaurant. Thanks to all of you for an amazing evening ☺️

Le restaurant Suhring m'a offert une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle, réunissant l'essence de la cuisine allemande et l'élégance de la cuisine contemporaine. Dirigé de mains de maîtres par les frères jumeaux Mathias et Thomas Suhring, ce restaurant deux étoiles au guide Michelin propose un menu dégustation exquis et copieux, mettant en valeur des plats créatifs et des saveurs audacieuses. L'ambiance chic et raffinée crée un cadre parfait pour une expérience culinaire mémorable. Service impeccable et vins de qualité, cette soirée reste parmi les meilleures que j'ai passé à Bangkok!
