THE HOUSE BY GINGER

Located on the edge of the old town, not far from the Thapae Gate, here is one of our favorites. The place, a former colonial house dating from 1937, is warm with a decor combining modern and traditional. Two restaurants and a bar, the most attractive of which is Ginger & Kafé, which offers a fine and delicate cuisine, with mainly Thai specialities, but also some western and fusion dishes. The cocktails on offer are creative. Bands or DJs come to perform on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Recommended.
