The result is excellent, the dishes are unanimous thanks to the talent of the chefs. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the welcome is always very good, the staff takes care of everything... "Renzo e Rita is a fine example of a reasonably priced pizzeria and restaurant in Sant'Antioco. With an elaborate menu of Sardinian dishes and a wide choice of pizzas, this address is sure to please. Visitors are seated in a long, air-conditioned dining room. It's best to sit at the back of the room or on the terrace, away from the pizza oven. The chef offers some forty varieties of pizza, all of which please the many regular customers. So much so, in fact, that it's best to make a reservation, as it's often fully booked.

The Villa di Chiesa is located in the shadow of the Cathedral of Santa Chiara d'Assisi, in the pleasant town square. Trattoria Monti is a discreet restaurant located just behind the church of Santa Maria Maggiore, with a small, inconspicuous entrance, but its dishes are well known to Romans. Prices are fairly reasonable for the quality of the food served and the location. A few à la carte dishes of market cuisine, often rabbit or pork à la romaine, calamari and other fish from the catch of the day, all carefully presented and generously served. A restaurant on the beach for lunch or dinner in the water. One of the best beach restaurants in Villaggio dei Pescatori. Do not miss all seafood and fish, including raw preparations. For those who would like to spend the day, you can rent deckchairs and parasols on the privatised beach.

This former mountain refuge has been skilfully restored by the Mahlknecht family. In a typical setting, you'll be served the best of regional and family cuisine: canederli with blue cheese, coleslaw, corn pancakes, cold meats, sausages... A scenic road leads to the restaurant by car. On foot, it's a 50-minute walk (from the Seceda gondola station, path no. 9 along the Val d'Anna torrent), unless you're skiing, as Ustaria is on the La Longia slope.

This restaurant is a mythical address for Americans. Although basic, the legendary Alfredo fettuccine made from butter and parmesan cheese is still in its infancy and is on the menu of all Italian restaurants across the Atlantic. The walls of the establishment are covered with portraits of the great stars who have since tasted the famous dish. The list is very long from Gary Cooper to Marilyn Monroe via Sofia Loren or the Pink Floyd! In 1943, Alfredo sold his restaurant, but fettuccine is still king on white tablecloths.
