At the Sporting Club you can practise tennis (rent of snowshoes on site) or enjoy the swimming pool.

The starting point is the Via Roma pharmacy. On the right, Via Ettore Vernazza marks the start of the path along the coast to Monterosso. After passing under an arch, an alley along the coast leads to the largest beach in Cinque Terre. On the first part of the path, you can admire Punta Linà and, a little further on, Monk's Rock. You'll then come across the small Acquapendente cove. The final section climbs the stairs to Punta Corone and from there to Monterosso.

This diving center located 15 km from Alghero at the tip of Cape Galera offers very interesting rates for experienced divers. Without a guide and departing from the centre, you can explore the bay for around 20 euros. The centre also offers dives on the best spots in the area that you can reach on board its boat. PADI certified and very experienced instructors will try to find the fish that are missing from your logbook.

The Saint-Barthélémy valley holds the title, shared with Cogne, of regional cross-country skiing capital. In total, the area offers three blue trails (from 3.5 to 9 km), six red trails (from 11 to 19.5 km) and one black trail (30 km). The trails start in the village of Porliod and run for dozens of kilometers in an absolutely magnificent environment of dense fir forests alternating with expanses of alpine pastures, for a total and soothing immersion in the mountains. The rather high average altitude (approx. 2,000 m) ensures excellent snow cover throughout the winter season, despite the south-facing aspect and sunny location. Nine different trails of all levels of difficulty, ranging in length from 3 to 30 km, wind their way up and down the high Saint-Barthélémy valley, passing by some fifteen alpine chalets, crossing dozens of streams and always staying well away from any inhabited area - a truly enchanting adventure in communion with nature, so rare and appreciated. The resort's "mythical" trail is the Gran Tor, the only black trail, which runs from Praz de l'Arp all the way to Alpe Ollière after a long, thirty-kilometer loop on the other side of the valley. The cross-country foyer has all the services skiers need (rental, bar, restaurant, toilets...) and there's even an alpine refuge on the slopes.

In this apartment not far from the centre you can not only eat tortellini, but also learn how to make them! Bolognese cooking courses are organized for professionals, amateurs and tourists. You will learn how to make simple pasta such as tagliatelle, farfalle, or stuffed pasta (tortelloni, ravioli...). The dining room is a small restaurant. No menu, only the dishes of the day, all from the best local tradition.

It is the best equipped and best supervised diving centre in Stintino. Located near the yacht club of Ancora, it has a swimming pool where you can learn to dive and learn the necessary skills before going out to sea. It is a good opportunity to pass your PADI Open Water Diver which allows you to go down to 18 m and enjoy yourself by reaching spots a little far from the coast. Asinara Scuba Diving knows every corner of the Asinara Marine Protected Area and can arrange dives according to the level of the group.

Archimete (Archimede) is not a dive club like the others. Nestled in a beautiful cove, facing the gulf and bordered by a small restaurant, with its deckchairs lined up on the beach, this club is our favorite of the west coast. Marco, who speaks very good French, is untouchable on the sea beds of the protected area which are among the richest in Europe, the secret caves and so many other wonders. As far as teaching and supervision are concerned, nothing to say, it's really the best. Diving, snorkeling, zodiac rides or club atmosphere... a favorite of the Futé!

Melina and Simone are connoisseurs of a region whose secrets they will share with you. Excursions in 4x4 in the mountains, discovery of the local traditions, hike in the famous Gorropu gorges, archaeological visit... The range of services is vast and well refined. As small as picturesque, very popular by the holidaymakers, the pebble beach of Vernazza extends on the side of Piazza Marconi in the heart of the village. Sheltered from the wind, its privileged position allows you to enjoy a beautiful panorama here.

Riomaggiore beach: at the eastern end of the town, near the railway station and tourist boat dock. The best spot to take a dip without straying too far from the town.

Plage du Canneto: one of the most beautiful in the region, south-east of the town towards Portovenere, between Punta Castagna and Punta del Cavo. Its crystal-clear waters attract bathers. It can only be reached via a narrow path running along the coast from the center of Riomaggiore.

If you get the chance, we can't recommend visiting Cinque Terre by sea enough. Here, small boats and canoes are available for hire, enabling you to sail off the coast of the Cinque Terre and reach the wildest coves. And wild coves mean fewer tourists! No boating license is required, and you can request a guide to drive the boat. We can also organize sporting outings, group visits and aperitif dinners during navigation...

Umberto Pellizzari, former world champion diver, is the founder of this club. Several options are available, from standard diving to night diving and even a first dive for beginners. The club is PADI and Wase certified and offers these certificates. The club usually explores one of the 17 sites listed around Santa Teresa di Gallura. Cernia cave, one of the most beautiful spots in Sardinia with its giant corals, or giant groupers of the Lavezzi islands are part of the program.

In the heart of the Parc Fluvial, not far from the center of Cuneo, a canoeing and kayaking center offers courses and trips along the two rivers, open to everyone aged 5 and over. Alone in your canoe or with others, you'll have a great time enjoying the pleasures of the water. There are also sports fields nearby. Refreshments and snacks are available in the same place, so you can keep your strength up (or replenish it afterwards), especially for older children, with top-quality craft beers...
