At the Sporting Club you can practise tennis (rent of snowshoes on site) or enjoy the swimming pool.

The starting point is the Via Roma pharmacy. On the right, Via Ettore Vernazza marks the start of the path along the coast to Monterosso. After passing under an arch, an alley along the coast leads to the largest beach in Cinque Terre. On the first part of the path, you can admire Punta Linà and, a little further on, Monk's Rock. You'll then come across the small Acquapendente cove. The final section climbs the stairs to Punta Corone and from there to Monterosso.

It's a path that everyone knows and uses, as it links the town center to the Sant'Antonio monastery (Punta Mesco) via a magnificent panorama of the Cinque Terre. The path leads west from Monterosso towards Levanto, winding its way through villas and gardens to reach the Punta Mesco lighthouse, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the villages and their coastlines. Along the way, you'll come across the remains of the^14th-century church of Sant'Antonio Abate.

The starting point is the pharmacy in Via Roma. Turning left (Via Carratino), a pleasant hike leads to the village of Corniglia. The sloping path winds through terraced vineyards and olive groves before reaching the hamlet of Prevo. The view of Vernazza, its port and the entire coastline is breathtaking. The route then descends to the Guvano conch. The climb then resumes, crossing a small bridge over a stream to reach Corniglia.

Tired of the beach? Want to practice a physical and playful activity? This accrobranch park is ideal for the youngest and the oldest. The adventure is played in a forest of maritime pines, with suspension bridges and all the components of the genre. In the park you will also find picnic tables, a few barbecues (equipment hire possible), an Internet zone, a cycle track and a bar (hot meals, snacks and paninis).

The 18-hole golf course, with a total length of 6300 meters, was designed by renowned architects Robert Von Hagge, Smelek & Baril. It is considered one of Europe's most spectacular courses by the international Rolex guide. Each hole offers a different landscape, surrounded by a forest of pines and junipers, and immerses you in over 1100 hectares of unspoilt wilderness. The golf course has received numerous awards and distinctions, including the European "Geo on Course" environmental certification from the Golf Environment Organization. The club also offers private golf clinics, golf rates, stay and play offers, as well as a golf academy and junior golf academy.

Why not take advantage of your holidays to discover this sport or to improve yourself a little? The lake's golf course is one of the oldest in Europe and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2007. It is an 18-hole golf course with a beautiful view of the lake. It is a very British looking club house with the most impressive library of golf literature in Italy. Who knows, you might be lucky enough to bump into George Clooney on the green, since it is indeed Mr Nespresso's club! And the best part: the good restaurant on site.

This impressive complex, all glass on the outside, has an Olympic-sized ice rink. In addition to figure skating shows and ice hockey games, you can also try your hand at sliding on the ice. The ice rink is open to the public and skates can be rented. Instructors are available for novices. Curling is also practised here. A good idea for an outing with family or friends on days of heavy snowfall.

A riding club that offers many activities, from simple riding lessons to pony trekking for the little ones, but above all trekking for one or more days for the more experienced riders (including overnight stays) in breathtaking mountain landscapes. Courses and courses for riders of all levels. All activities are, of course, supervised by professional instructors. During the winter season, introduction to snow riding (from 14 years old).

The Bardonecchia golf course, located at Pian del Colle, offers a 9-hole, 980 m course with driving range. The setting is splendid, surrounded by mountains, and particularly relaxing. The peace and quiet make you feel like you're on vacation. Sports competitions in July and August. The complex has a clubhouse. You can also take lessons to learn golf or perfect your technique. Younger players (6-14 years) can take part in week-long courses, alternating between lessons and free practice.

This via ferrata is located in a splendid place, on a limestone rock. Three different courses of varying length and difficulty are possible on the same wall for all audiences, from beginners and the youngest to specialists. The easiest route, with anchors and steps close together, is route C, which takes about ten minutes. Route B is of a higher difficulty, the journey takes about an hour and a half. Finally, route A, which is difficult, will take a good two hours.
