In the heart of the Parc Fluvial, not far from the center of Cuneo, a canoeing and kayaking center offers courses and trips along the two rivers, open to everyone aged 5 and over. Alone in your canoe or with others, you'll have a great time enjoying the pleasures of the water. There are also sports fields nearby. It's a path that everyone knows and uses, as it links the town center to the Sant'Antonio monastery (Punta Mesco) via a magnificent panorama of the Cinque Terre. The path leads west from Monterosso towards Levanto, winding its way through villas and gardens to reach the Punta Mesco lighthouse, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the villages and their coastlines. Along the way, you'll come across the remains of the^14th-century church of Sant'Antonio Abate.

At the eastern end of La Pelosa beach, this nautical centre rents catamarans, windsurfing boards or canoes by the hour or by the day. The centre offers group or individual lessons and also organises excursions to the island of Asinara on board a catamaran. Once you've gotten up to speed, it's well worth renting a small catamaran or canoe, if only to get away from the crowds and gain access to less crowded seabeds.

Air Sub Diving is one of the very first diving clubs in Sardinia. Vincenzo Sicbaldi opened his first structure in 1970 in Cagliari. In 2000, when the marine protected area of the Bay of Santo Stefano was born, he concentrated his activities on Villasimius, surrounding himself with a very competent team. The PADI-certified club offers many types of trips, from single dives to full day or even weekly trips in Sardinian waters. It is also possible to learn how to freedive and PADI snorkel by following very complete courses.

Fegina beach. To the west of the village, just outside the station, this pebble beach is often crowded in high season. The statue of the Giant guarding the beach and the blue waters make for an exceptional setting. Equipment rental, bar and restaurant.

Plage de Monterosso. Narrower than Fegina beach, it's no less busy. Sandwiched between the small port, the railroad and the San Cristoforo promontory, it stretches right across from the old village.

The starting point is the pharmacy in Via Roma. Turning left (Via Carratino), a pleasant hike leads to the village of Corniglia. The sloping path winds through terraced vineyards and olive groves before reaching the hamlet of Prevo. The view of Vernazza, its port and the entire coastline is breathtaking. The route then descends to the Guvano conch. The climb then resumes, crossing a small bridge over a stream to reach Corniglia.

Built inside the Villa Reale park in 1922 by the Automobile Club of Milan, the Autodromo opens its doors to the general public for a unique visit: you will discover the backstage of the most famous racetrack in the world, the conference and press rooms, the management offices, the paddock and the cars' boxes. Take a picture of yourself as a champion by climbing onto the podium for a souvenir photo. Finally, you will be able to ride the track corner by corner on your bike or in a minivan

Located below the road from La Spezia to Lerici, a long sandy beach, the largest in Lerici, equipped with deckchair rental companies, a restaurant and even a swimming pool.

Tired of the beach? Want to practice a physical and playful activity? This accrobranch park is ideal for the youngest and the oldest. The adventure is played in a forest of maritime pines, with suspension bridges and all the components of the genre. The 18-hole golf course, with a total length of 6300 meters, was designed by renowned architects Robert Von Hagge, Smelek & Baril. It is considered one of Europe's most spectacular courses by the international Rolex guide. Each hole offers a different landscape, surrounded by a forest of pines and junipers, and immerses you in over 1100 hectares of unspoilt wilderness. This 50 km area is for experienced skiers, as it has a majority of red runs (67% red, 19% blue, 14% black). It is quite spread out and rather small, but its location around the Latemar mountain offers spectacular scenery. From Obereggen, you can walk to Ski Center Latemar, passing by the magnificent Passo Rolle, the Alpe di Pampeago and the Alpe Lusia. The area is quite technical, interesting for its moderate prices.

This adventure park is for families of course! But also for groups of friends looking for entertainment. In the middle of the pine forest, there is no better setting to set up a treetop adventure course. The part dedicated to games for the little ones is particularly successful. There are several adult courses, some of them at very high altitude, with a long zip line, thrills guaranteed! Good for spending half a day doing activities. Pian del Frais is the small mountain hamlet above Chiomonte. It became a south-facing ski resort in the early 1930s. It lies at an altitude of 1,500 m, in a basin where the eight slopes, forming a total of 25 km of skiable terrain, converge. It is a particularly suitable resort for beginners, families, school groups or ski clubs. To reach the resort, in summer and winter, a chairlift leaves from the centre of Chiomonte and climbs some 700 metres in about 10-15 minutes.

Why not take advantage of your holidays to discover this sport or to improve yourself a little? The lake's golf course is one of the oldest in Europe and celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2007. It is an 18-hole golf course with a beautiful view of the lake. It is a very British looking club house with the most impressive library of golf literature in Italy. In addition to the traditional on-piste alpine skiing lessons for all levels and snowboarding, experienced guides can take you on exceptional off-piste skiing, snowshoeing or ski touring trips. The oldest and most famous craft school of wood engraving in the Susa Valley and the Maurienne Valley. The Scuola di Intaglio del Melezet aims to continue the tradition of woodworking, present here since the mid-16th century. You can attend a craftsmen's work session, or even take classes two evenings a week (both by reservation). The works created here are really splendid!

This via ferrata is located in a splendid place, on a limestone rock. Three different courses of varying length and difficulty are possible on the same wall for all audiences, from beginners and the youngest to specialists. The easiest route, with anchors and steps close together, is route C, which takes about ten minutes. Route B is of a higher difficulty, the journey takes about an hour and a half. Finally, route A, which is difficult, will take a good two hours.
