For almost 50 years, the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute has been promoting Italian culture around the world through learning that combines language, art and cuisine. On the second floor of the unmissable Mercato Centrale, state-of-the-art cooking stations await enthusiasts to learn the secrets of traditional Tuscan recipes from renowned chefs. Classes, from fresh dough to pizzas and risotto, usually last two hours.

Points négatifs : peu d’aération dans la salle du restaurant donc chaleur étouffante pendant le dîner, un des serveurs du restaurant qui racole devant notre table pour que d’autres clients viennent dans le restaurant : bruyant et dérangeant et pas très agréable pour les clients déjà assis
