Here you feel relaxed immediately when you arrive, the view is splendid, we eat on the edge of the relaxing water. Fresh daily fish chosen in the window, but also original dishes. This restaurant has maintained its position year after year, offering good-quality cuisine despite the pressure of tourism. In summer, enjoy the pleasant setting of the shaded terrace. There's a wide choice of Greek classics, as well as Rhodian specialties, giving you the opportunity to discover the local cuisine and its ancient recipes, including lamb kampanas (a local stew), trachanas soup and fresh pastachiouta pasta. All presented with care and attention to detail. Be patient, as service can be a little slow at peak times.

The Vassilis tavern is well placed facing the horizon: a road separates it from the sea. For thirty years, Vassilis prepared fresh fish and delicious ready meals. Now, even if the patriarch's first name has remained, it is now the turn of his son Kostas, who has become the worthy guardian of the tradition. He took up the torch with dishes such as fish cooked in the orange and dill oven or his fresh lobster. Everything is well done. It is by far among the best establishments, which justifies its price. We understand why there are so many people, the place is worth it. This is a simple tavern, nestled in a quiet area, near the sea and lined with eucalyptus trees. We would almost forget the crowd of holidaymakers around. In addition, it is one of the most popular addresses for the local population: excellent quality of dishes and unique recipes. Here, the taramosalata (tarama) is white, the courgette croquettes are not too greasy and the marinated mussels and anchovies are elegantly flavoured and excellent. Charcoal-cooked fish and meat, and good value for money.

Small hunger/budget, rendez-vous for a gyros. The room is very clean, the decor is modern. The restaurant has a large terrace open on the street, filled with tables and colorful chairs. Room service and sale to take.

In a narrow lane behind the town hall, Kounelas is the best fish tavern in Mykonos. We choose the sin fish of the day, before they take the direction of the kitchen. It's impossible to miss his very pleasant inner courtyard and assault above which a rainbow flag floats. It's a must for fish lovers.

On the heights of Xyrokastello, this tavern has a large shady terrace overlooking the olive groves with the sea on the horizon. The cuisine is typically Greek: grilled swordfish, stuffed peppers, fried squid... The portions are generous and the prices are small! And the staff is very friendly and really good advice. On the seafront by going to Livadi, the establishment has existed for over twenty years. The terrace is in the shadows and in summer additional tables are set up near the water. Fresh fish, salads, grilled… Traditional Greek cuisine and a vegetarian menu. Andreas welcomes us with a little French and usually offers the aperitif.

A little out of the way, on the heights of Chios, this small tavern, a little hidden in a beautiful courtyard, is one of the best addresses in town. And one of the oldest: it opened in 1882! Yellow and inspired by the theme of pirates, the Dimitris tavern is the last of the five establishments located by the sea, on the bay of Ammoudi. After descending the 500 steps of Oia to the bay, enjoy a typical meal and relax as you listen to the swirling water right under your feet.
