Family-run and independent for 7 generations, Maison Antech has dedicated itself since 1860 to producing great sparkling wines in Limoux, a legendary terroir and the cradle of the "bubble" (1544). Heir to exceptional know-how and centuries-old traditions, the House stands out for its assertive style and constant desire to renew itself, to bring out the unique potential of the Limoux terroir in every vintage. The estate extends over the communes of Villecroze, Flayosc and Tourtour whose appellations are respectively classified as AOP Coteaux-Varois en Provence, Côtes-de-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon. We are in the heart of the Haut-Var-Verdon Regional Nature Park, and access from the main road to the 340-hectare estate (40 of which are planted vines) is a pure pleasure. At an altitude of 400 metres, you cross the undergrowth and enter the heart of the limestone and clay soils, before discovering the grandiose concrete cellar with its cathedral-like appearance.

Emmanuel and Nathalie Grand manage their 9.5 ha organic estate. Their exacting standards continue during the harvest, when each parcel of vines is picked at just the right ripeness, and then selected by hand, when eye contact is of the utmost importance. Vinification is then rigorously monitored to ensure exceptional results. In fact, many awards have crowned their production. Like the gold medal for Côte du Jura 2020 and silver for Château-Chalon 2014 at the Millésime 2022 competition.

Created in 1981 by Cécile and Robert, this family estate is now run by their son Pierre. You'll discover mainly dry white wines from a wide variety of terroirs. During your visit, you'll be welcomed on the production site, where you can admire some superb traditional foudres. Founded in 1950, the Cave coopérative Jaillance produces Clairette de Die Doux and Brut, organic and biodynamic, Impériale, Icône, Cybèle... Alcohol-free is Delight, a sparkling Muscat. Jaillance produces the other Diois AOCs, Crémant de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois wines, white, rosé or red, as well as Crémant de Bordeaux and Crémant de Loire. Château de Pizay, nestled in Belleville-en-Beaujolais, is an idyllic getaway just 45 minutes from Lyon and 1h40 from Paris by TGV. Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Established since 1885, Langlois-Château operates its own vineyards and controls all its wines. A part of the vineyard of the domain is labeled organic. The layout of the site and the store allows you to discover the estate in a playful way. One literally "drinks" the words of his guide for visits in 4 acts: oenology course, stages of wine making, 300 m of underground path and commented tasting. After this introduction, you will surely hesitate between the fruity taste of a white Saumur, the power of a Saumur-Champigny, and many others.

Seven generations have lovingly cultivated the 130 hectares of the Domaines, shaping the hillsides of Guebwiller. The use of Franc-Comtois horses to plough the steepest plots, the 50 km of terraced walls, and the vinification in century-old tuns all bear witness to the desire to combine tradition with the latest technology. Anxious to share their vision of a respectful and responsible viticulture, the managers have developed a wine tourism offer which is worth the detour: visit of the vineyards, the cellars and tasting of the wines of the exploitation.

This cooperative winery does not lack audacity! The ICE range, sparkling wines based on muscatel to be drunk in summer on ice, the Hopla range which leaves aside the grape varieties to focus on an original experience and tasting or the Moon Hunters range, highlighting the Alsatian grape varieties whose name is inspired by the men who built the cellar in the 1940s. The Belvedere of the Maison Joseph Cattin is absolutely sublime! On the first floor, the tuns and barrels of the cellar can be seen through impressive glass walls. On the first floor, a superb wine bar is surrounded by an immense vegetated terrace that offers a 360° view of the vineyard, the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. Here, wine tourism is very popular: cellar visits, tasting of good wines accompanied by local products, "food and wine pairing" workshops, vineyard tours on foot, by bike or in an all-terrain electric gyropod!

Descended from a long line of master coopers, wine brokers and then winegrowers, the Dopff family has a 13-generation tradition of expertise. Today, Étienne-Arnaud and his wife manage the estate, supported by their team of 50 enthusiasts. A visit (by appointment) to the Dopff museum, wine library and cellars will take you right to the heart of the legend of Alsace wines. Our favorite is the Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg 2017, with its floral, fruity nose, 2 stars and a Coup de Coeur in the Guide Hachette des Vins. Cheers!

A grouping of the cooperatives of Aléria and Casinca, this cellar represents 70 winegrowers established on 1 500 ha. Since 1958, it has symbolized the wine revival of these micro-regions of the eastern coast. Here, talent and technology harmonize to produce always and still the best. It is the largest wine producer in Corsica, with a range of wines made from island grape varieties, but also from traditional varieties such as merlot, cabernet or chardonnay.

Jérôme Mendelin manages this beautiful vineyard according to the principles of environmentally-friendly agriculture (HVE certification). Assisted by Adrien Schoenheitz, he produces some fine cuvées that you'll be delighted to discover during your visit, including a powerful, dry and floral Pinot Gris Val Saint Grégoire (rated 94/100 by James Suckling). This cooperative cellar was founded in 1902 and now has more than 450 winegrowers. Grands crus, late harvest, organic range, Alsace appellation wines, noble grains but also brandies and liqueurs are waiting for you in the Eguisheim cellar. A variety of wines, whose viticulture is in phase with nature, to be tasted alone or in a commented tasting on the spot, in the historical cellar whose still present tuns date from 1902. Bruno Pellegrini, an oenologist by training and a winemaker at heart, has successfully restructured his estate: rigorous selection of new grape varieties, control of production, and a respectful approach to the environment. Today, his daughter Ophélie and son-in-law Xavier are carrying on the family tradition. As a result, after decades of hard work, these wines from the La Clape terroir are exported all over the world. In Greek, agape means "divine and unconditional love". Vincent Sipp has chosen to name his estate after this word because, he says, "wine is a link with the past and we are transmitters of emotions". The excellent work of this sympathetic winegrower has not escaped the eye of the critics: his wines are often cited in the leading wine magazines. His Riesling Expression is a little marvel of minerality. As for his Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut, its delicious aromas of raspberry currant can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with dessert!

From the 10thto the 18th century, the monks of Lérins built an underground cellar in which the wines still mature in the best conditions. Cru Classé in Côtes-de-Provence, the estate produces complex and refined wines, owned by the same family since 1740, it has almost always been run by women, today by Countess Adeline de Barry. Domaine Orsini has been described as the cathedral of modern gourmet delights. Originally famous for its AOC Calvi wines, it has expanded its production to include handcrafted aperitifs made from the fruits and plants of the maquis. You can come and taste orange or peach aperitifs, Muscat and Cap Corse, as well as liqueurs with scents of chestnut, wild blackberry, arbutus and citron, almond or fig and hazelnut, and an assortment of jams, nougats, fruit jellies and Maquisettes. This large, beautiful estate offers wines from the 3 valleys of the Armançon, Serein and Yonne. The result is a wide range, including organic wines. Chardonnay in the Bourgogne Tonnerre and Chablis appellations, with no fewer than 5 Grands Crus. Pinot Noir with Bourgogne Épineuil and Irancy. The discovery of the vineyard and the presentation of the different wines of the domain are done in the magnificent vaulted and paved cellar. Its cellars are steeped in history, as the Cossé family has occupied the place for over five centuries! The dark-coloured Anjou-Villages-Brissac evokes leather and undergrowth, while the light-coloured Rosé d'Anjou will refresh you on sunny days. The Cabernet d'Anjou, for its part, offers aromas combining red fruits with mint and pepper. The price of the bottles (competitive) ranges between 7 and 8 €.

Since 1775, this 15 hectare estate has been producing expressive and easy-drinking wines with passion. The estate has been run for thirty years by Jean-Christophe (and his wife Valérie) whose desire to respect the terroirs led him to convert to organic and biodynamic farming over twenty years ago. We take advantage of the ancestral cellar to taste his wines. We love the Kronenbourg Riesling, 93/100 by Wine Enthusiast, a mineral wine with notes of citrus and honey, or the Crémant d'Alsace Extra-Brut grande cuvée with an elegant nose and fine bubbles.

Matthieu Kuehn runs with passion this 8-hectare family estate, which collects awards: 3 gold medals at the National Cremant Competition, 17 at the Best Paris Wines Competition, 4 at the Mâcon Competition... A success that can be appreciated in a cellar where the welcome is equal to the wines tasted. Some vintages prove to be exceptional, notably the Riesling Grand Cru Eichberg with intense citrus notes. As for the Crémant d'Alsace Brut 100% Riesling, the Revue du Vin de France awarded it the superb score of 17/20!

Built in 1878 on the butte Sainte-Nicaise, this English neo-Gothic château is a landmark of the Rémois landscape. A guided tour of the estate begins with a 116-step staircase leading down to the cellars 30 meters below ground. The House has also developed a new concept, called "Visite Brut Royal", which invites you to visit the cellars on your own and discover every facet of the estate, thanks to a smartphone application. A superb ^18th-century bastide overlooking the 10-hectare vineyard estate, Château Bonisson produces an AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine. Since 2017, the Le Dorze family has developed it according to their own values of quality, authenticity and sharing. It is the daughter, Victoire who manages the estate, she made the choice of organic farming, using the horse to plow the rows and makes the harvest entirely by hand. And her father, Christian, the Bonisson Art Center which offers free and regular exhibitions of modern art.

The Cave coopérative de Tain is a benchmark for pleasure and oenology. Established since 1933, at the foot of the famous Hermitage hill, the Cave de Tain, leading producer of the northern crus (Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas and Saint-Péray), has been awarded the Vignobles et Découvertes and Vignerons engagés labels. Its wines, which respect terroirs and biodiversity, are recognized the world over for their excellence. On-site advice and tasting. The Château de Marsannay is one of the 3 properties of the Halley family with the Marché aux Vins and the Château de Meursault. It has 40 ha of vineyards, including 28 ha on the best terroirs of the Marsannay appellation. Nearly 200 000 bottles are produced per year, among them some famous jewels of the vineyard: the 4 Grands Crus Clos de Vougeot, Ruchottes-Chambertin, Chambertin, Echezeaux, the Premiers Crus Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin Bel-Air, or Gevrey-Chambertin Champeaux.

A large family business, born in 1898, specialized in sparkling wines. Its 250 ha of vineyards cover 6 different terroirs producing numerous crémants of Burgundy appellation as well as more prestigious crus: brut blanc de blanc, vintage, grande cuvée, organic. The guided or audio-guided tour reveals the workshops, cellars, robots and automatons. In the store, you will find products from the Burgundy region: aniseed from Flavigny, Fallot mustard, Prosper Maufoux wines from Saint-Aubin.

This 33 hectare estate has been certified organic for 11 years and has been run by the Lorentz family for over a century. The Gustave Lorentz house produces wines that are renowned and appreciated throughout the world. You can discover them in a spacious tasting room. Like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Kanzlerberg 2020, a favorite of the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023: a superb wine for ageing that reveals sweet aromas of brioche and yellow-fleshed fruit. Mercier offers one of the finest tours of champagne cellars. You'll travel part of the 18 km of cellars in a small train, and then climb back up in a panoramic elevator. This delightful property has been preserved from the ravages of time. The château was built in 1480, at the end of the reign of Louis XI. Between the influence of the Flamboyant Gothic and the first echoes of the Renaissance, this architectural jewel bears witness to more than five centuries of history. The dovecote, a feudal and customary right, has some 5,000 nests; dating from 1740, its simple architecture is in keeping with the park. The 13-hectare park is a listed jewel case!

On the right bank of the Rhône, in the terraced territory of the prestigious AOP saint-joseph, this cooperative winery has been one of the great winegrowers since 1960. Its wines are made from Syrah grapes for reds, and Marsanne and Roussanne for whites. They also produce AOP Condrieu and Côtes-du-Rhône, and Vins de Pays d'Ardèche. Located just north of Reims, the Les Six Coteaux cooperative is a group of winegrowers comprising over 100 producers and 115 hectares of vines. The winemaking methods and equipment used are modern, and the work carried out is worthy of the great Champagne houses. The "Charles Heston" range unveils wines of the highest quality, such as the Cuvée Tradition, distinguished by its balance of ripe fresh fruit and dried flower aromas. Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. Domaine Armand Gilg has been family-run since 1937. Certified organic, this beautiful 30-hectare estate pampers its vines to produce wines firmly rooted in their terroirs. On the estate, in the ^16th-century cellars, you can swirl your glass to taste, among others, a superb Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg (the only Grand Cru appellation in Alsace) or a lovely Muscat from the Les Spontanés range (wines with no added inputs or sulfites). We also offer a full range of festive Alsace crémants!

A must on the Wine Route! Ecocert and Demeter certified, this estate (one of the oldest still family-owned) is renowned for the uniqueness of its wines. The range is vast: reserves, Cuvées JB Adam, Grands Vins, Vendanges Tardives, Sélections de Grains Nobles, Crémants d'Alsace and eaux-de-vie. Of course, you can also visit the boutique, and take advantage of vineyard tours and tasting introductions.

The Bannwarth family has been harvesting the fruit of 16 hectares of vines for 4 generations. While all regional grape varieties are vinified, the estate has a predilection for Gewurztraminer "L'Expression du Terroir" and crémant. The grapes are harvested by hand, pneumatically pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees. A tasting session will provide you with information about the soils and their influence on the wine and its aromas.

Dating back to 1747, this 10 ha property has belonged to the same family since 1936. The red and rosé wines of Château Barrabaque are among the most famous of the Fronsac and Canon-Fronsac appellations. Concerned about the respect of the environment, Caroline Noël-Barraux, the owner since 2004, practices a reasoned culture of the vine. The methods of cultivation and vinification combine both tradition and modern techniques. The vines are worked according to the terroir. It is a beautiful address on the wine road.

The Martischang family has been established in the Rouffach region since 1559. Their HVE-certified estate is located on the remains of the Mittelburg, the "central castle". Michel has been running the family business since 2007. He perpetuates a tradition of wines vinified with the greatest respect for excellent ancestral methods. Clos Saint Imer owes its name to the patron saint of Gueberschwihr. In 1934, Ernest Burn undertook the restoration of this historic vineyard overlooking the Grand Cru Goldert area, which produces a highly aromatic Muscat. Today, Francis Burn produces cuvées that certainly offer the best price/pleasure ratio in Alsace. We appreciate the Pinot Gris Le Dauphin Vieilles Vignes 2019, Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal winner. But also the Muscat Clos Saint-Imer Grande Sélection 2018, Gold Medal at the ^16th Concours Mondial des Vins Féminalise in Paris.

Olivier Leflaive's estate is world famous. A hotel**** of 17 rooms, the bistro, a nice table, Klima, a gastronomic restaurant, great wines... so many reasons to extend your stay here. A tasting at the bistro with a board of cold cuts, a tasting tour on a Wine Bike, a funny electric bike with 12 seats, a visit of the cellars or a technical visit of the vineyard will lift the veil on the secrets of the vineyard and the wines of the domain.

Conducted in organic farming since 1997, this vineyard spreads over the hillsides of Bennwihr, Ammerschwihr, Katzenthal, Riquewihr, Colmar and Turckheim. From this diversity are produced wines of ranges characterized by a great power in mouth. A visit to the family cellar allows you to taste authentic nectars, such as the Gewurztraminer Cuvée Sainte-Cécile, or the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf. There is also L'Épure, a range of 100% natural wines.
