Jérôme Mendelin manages this beautiful vineyard according to the principles of environmentally-friendly agriculture (HVE certification). Assisted by Adrien Schoenheitz, he produces some fine cuvées that you'll be delighted to discover during your visit, including a powerful, dry and floral Pinot Gris Val Saint Grégoire (rated 94/100 by James Suckling). By appointment, take advantage of vineyard tours, introductory tastings or wine and cheese pairings.

My husband and I have never really tried wine before and decided to do our first wine tasting. Our sommelier, Rowan, was such a great guide for us. He spent a lot of time explaining the process and showing us around the building answering our questions thoroughly. He was able to pinpoint wines that both my husband and I enjoyed and we are very happy to have learned so much from him and appreciated that he was patient with us (even when our young kids were a little distracting).
