From the 10th to the 18th century, the monks of Lérins built an underground cellar in which the wines still mature in the best conditions. Cru Classé in Côtes-de-Provence, the estate produces complex and refined wines, owned by the same family since 1740, it has almost always been run by women, today by Countess Adeline de Barry. It also produces premium artisanal spirits. Don't miss Vivinospirit Experiences, the monthly events held at the Château, especially the Festival Rire en Vigne in July.

Low season : open from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. High season: every day and holidays from 10am to 7pm. Parking. 5 guest rooms. Free classical tasting for individuals. Visits possible all year round during opening hours.

Une très belle matinée passée au château de Saint Martin ! Angélique nous a fait découvrir toute l’histoire du domaine, et les bons breuvages qui l’accompagne ! Une expérience à renouveler sans délais, avec on l’espère un poulet à la liqueur de thym lors de notre prochaine venue!
Enfin, nous attendons, moi et mon collègue, l’acceptation de notre demande de stage au près du maître de chai !

Excellente visite avec dégustation accompagnée d'Angélique qui nous a fait découvrir l'histoire de ce formidable Château de Saint-Martin !

The wine and liquor tasting with Angelique was incredible! She is a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to all of the products that the vineyard produces. The tour was fun and interactive. I wish I could give 6 ????

Book directly on their site. Angelique was amazing. Great wine cellar and great museum before the wine tasting. Angelique was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. The wine and spirits are really good. I’m from New York and Italy so I am not paid a great tasting and experience.
