The Brasserie des Deux Amants has a name that invites you to taste the... It is taken from a Norman legend nearly a thousand years old, that of Raoul and Mathilde, whom Marie de France immortalized in a poem in 1160. Did you know that the Montmorillon brewery dates back to 1843? It was located in Saulgé and its beer was the best-selling beer in Free France during the German occupation before closing in the 1960s. In 2015, it was the entrepreneur François Guillon who decided to give the Montmorillonnais their beer back by brewing on site. He has not managed to get his hands on the original recipe, but he hopes to give it back its letters of nobility. From now on, the brewery produces artisanal and organic beer, as well as lemonade and cola.

Bruno Mangin, from the brewery La Rouget de Lisle, had the good idea to open a wine bar in the center of Lons. Oc'Ale beers were born in Lafrançaise in 1998. It is one of the oldest breweries in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The brewery produces fairly classic, old-fashioned beers in the pure tradition of top-fermented beers. The first brews produce two beers: a very smooth white and a rather malty black. The Eurelienne is a beer with three flavours. The white, the brown and the red, three beers that are both light and tasty.
