In 1887 in neo-Gothic style, it replaces the old college. It houses the statue of Notre-Dame-de-Deliverance, which is known to offer protection to women who want a child. This tower is the last vestige of the Cistercian abbey founded by Bernard de Clairvaux and burnt down after the French Revolution, during the Vendée Wars. In the 18th century, it enjoyed a great period of prosperity by calling on an engineer, trained in the Poitou marsh, to polder the marshes. It was at this time that the Buzay Canal was dug by the last lords of Retz (the Binet de Jasson), in order to facilitate navigation between the Loire and Lake Grand-Lieu. Burned down in 1794, the abbey was then rebuilt. The marble altar of Greece and Italy, which would have been built in 1540, is now located in the church of Paimboeuf. A pulpit is located in the church of Bouguenais and a stall is located in the church of Couëron, two municipalities in the Nantes area. As for the bells, they were transferred to Chartres Cathedral.

Among the unknown treasures of Paris, you can find the splendid Cloître des Billettes, the only cloister of the medieval era that remains in the capital. The building takes its name from the order of the brothers of Charité de Notre-Dame, called "Ordre des Billettes", which later became Ordre des Carmes (Carmelite order). From the Cistercian Abbey of Champagne founded in 1188 by Foulques Riboul, he died only the kitchens and the redesigned western wing in 1740 whose cellar was of origin (vault and pillars). Remarkable also of wall paintings representing a landscape and the main oak staircase of 1740 with its massive ramp and 33 steps cut in the mass. The building was saved from the complete ruin and restored by several generations of the Luzu family, which acquired it in 1899.

Today, the area is both a farm and a prestigious welcoming place with three reception rooms, a group accommodation in addiction and three charming guest rooms in the main building.
