This church located on the hill of Sion has a huge tower of 45 m topped by a Virgin of 7 m and 8 tons
Several periods were necessary to completely build this church located on the hill of Sion. The work began in the 10th century. An immense tower of 45 m surmounted by a Virgin of 7 m and 8 tons (melted in the workshops of Vaucouleurs) is born in 1870. It is one of the largest pilgrimages in Lorraine, welcoming international religious communities, also a symbol of Franco-German reconciliation. A magnificent monument, full of history.
