The treasure of sacred art of Montsalvy is installed in the chapter house (classified historic monument) of the old monastery adjacent to the abbey church. Built in the 14th century and restored in the 1950s and in 2005, this building was the meeting place of the monastery chapter. Two antique cabinets and two display cases contain chalices, ciboria, monstrances, reliquaries and priestly vestments from nearby churches and private collections. To complete your visit, on your way out, enjoy the small garden of the old cloister.
