The restaurant of Croix-Blanche, the brasserie of the Square, is a real institution in the heart of Chamonix. With its large wooded park and flowery terraces, it is a haven of greenery in the heart of the Beauce region. Ludovic Ruellou succeeded Elise and François Chadorge. The rooms are warmly equipped for an intimate atmosphere. The table proposes local specialities that the chef with: beauce rata (pork chest, tomatoes, onions accompanied by potatoes) and exquisite bread lost to caramelized apples. The gourmet will choose between the fresh and smoked salmon tartar, the mushroom, and the chef's innovations. The address of Quai Fleuri is a true reference of good cuisine and the place is conducive to the organisation of ceremonies. In the park, a mini-farm, composed of animaux animals, peacocks, goats, etc., complemented the stay.

Let's start with the places, since they open more on the avenue Emile Didier (N 94) than on Dr. Ayasse's street. This aside, we take piolets and cords to enter the shelter. To the skull of the tops, you enjoy a fatty liver bowl, a magret duck roast with mountain honey, to conclude on delicious homemade desserts. Attentive service and smiling of these ladies, while the nice boss presents us with a reasonable addition for such a meal. An authentic gourmet refuge.

Near the Semaphore and the Prolé, this Indian restaurant is the perfect relaxing place, the little Zen space where dinner after a film or concert. Here after 22 p. m., you are still receiving a smile and without pressing. Typical dishes from Northern India such as biryani (chicken, fish, shrimp, lamb or vegetables…) are cooked with rice in sauce sauce. To savour its finesse, taste basmati rice nature, just sauté oil and cardamom. All vegetarian dishes, the soup of lentils (dhal), potato curry, green beans, spinach (aloo palaak) are associated with the famous Nan, the white flour that the French appreciate to the cheese. The nan with vegetables is more subtle in the mouth. The waitress in shimmering sari, her magnetic smile, Indian classical music offers an authentic change. Upon opening in 1964, this restaurant is called Le Carlino, the name of its first owner. Since then, his successors have kept the name and the formula: a service of pizza and Italian cuisine. In a large rectangular room, with exposed stones at the walls, bright green woodwork and white beams, tables are adjustable, allowing group meals or intimes. In the other adjoining room, the pizzaïolo is active in the face of its wood oven, the essential accessory for successful pizzas. After enjoying regional salads, plats ravioli dishes, beef lasagna, gnocchis or soup with tomato sauce, basil, you can choose a pizza directly. For example, Vesuvio (mozarella, ham, peppers and aubergines) or Calabrian (beef, tomato, mozarella, cumin). Fine pasta, homemade sauces, spices on fresh ingredients (around 10 €). Very good chocolate foam, also home.

This establishment has a solid reputation (former customers remember that it was also a hotel). The setting is classic and the atmosphere pleasant: beams, beige plaster and cream woodwork decorate the place. A brewery section allows you to have lunch for lower prices. Here, the cuisine has marine flavours (pike-perch, ray, turbot, monkfish or lobster), but also earthy flavours (leg of lamb, duck breast, veal kidneys, Rossini tournedos) or sunny, with quite a few pizzas on the menu. It's simple, it's tasty, it's effective, and it's very difficult not to find what you're looking for.

For more than twenty years, this restaurant literally located on the Seine has been a popular address for Boulogne residents, in a district undergoing renovation. What could be more normal, when you discover the place: a vast bay window, a wooden terrace with greenery, still allowing you to admire a unique view of the Seine and the nearby Saint-Cloud park. Of course, summer is the best time to go there, but the other seasons are also pleasant, the indoor room allowing you to enjoy this view. But let's make way for the map! Imaginative, the chef's menu allows you to enjoy menus, the most affordable of which is a real good deal, with a delicious starter and main course. For the rest, beautiful services, with a special mention for seafood products: crispy whiting fillet with red wine and beetroot risotto or a very beautiful fregola sarda in ink with fried cuttlefish and vegetables in tarragon. Finally, note that such a place is obviously privatizable.

A restaurant just a few metres from the station and on the front of the snow which offers a nice terrace in summer and winter. Enjoy the sleeping atmosphere of the chalet with its cosy lounge and fireplace. Side kitchen, total change with Indiens Indian dishes. The Indian meal is to be booked the day before. On the map you will find a sweet curry and coconut, a vegetable curry and its chutney. Large compound salads offer complete and balanced meals. For lovers of sensual specialities, the tartiflette is to order the day before. In summer, the Colossus cottage offers animation for children: mini golf, trampoline… and winter, you are facing the natural ice rink. Oh, this little British air!
