Days start early at the farmhouse inn, the Munsch family knows that. Pauline will welcome you in a good mood. Nicolas is at the beginning of the chain. He is the one who milks and then makes the cheese whose heart of the Massif, a tomme cheese made with milk from the Vosges mountains! Here we practice organic farming, just as the market gardeners and the wines of Alsace are biodynamic. You will be served throughout the day, excellent cold plates of cheese, bacon from the farm... or a good glass of warm milk from the farm or a glühwein in winter!
