It's so pleasant to sit on the terrace of Le France, in the shadow of Sainte-Marie Cathedral. Generous Gascony specialties take pride of place here, such as duck in all its forms, or pan-fried potato salad with duck breast and foie gras. The daily specials play on creativity with lighter, livelier dishes, such as grilled pork with peppers and grilled zucchini. Jean-Jacques and his team welcome you at any time for a coffee, a meal, an ice cream... A real pleasure.

Nous avons mangé le 30 décembre, et nous avons apprécié un repas varié, bon et copieux. Et il faisait bon en bas, alors que dehors la température était très froide. Par contre, risqué pour les serveurs quand les clients sortent de la toilette.

Extérieur pas très accueillant et entrée difficile à trouver. Cependant, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la carte et l'originalité des plats proposés. Les plats sont faits maison et la présentation est soignée. Petit bémol: pas de dessert du jour le jour où nous y sommes allés malgré l'annonce sur le menu.

What could be better than to lunch on the terrace with views of the cathedral.
Supported by time we were served quickly by the friendly service and pleasant.
In the plate good simple, but in small amounts… for € 12!!!
