An indestructible address that surfs on terroir and conviviality. An eco-responsible, slow-food restaurant, with its vaulted dining room opening onto the pedestrian street, long appreciated by Crest locals. The speciality is toasted tartines with caillette, eggplant caviar, fresh goat's cheese, anchoïade, artichoke confit... served on a board. At lunchtime, the daily menu is very appealing. For example: braised rack of veal with balsamic vinegar reduction, tagliatelle, creamed spinach. A slice of toast with a small express salad is all we need.
