Day 1: The gold hunters
Steps: Bogotá
You land in Bogotá in the morning and, after settling into a hotel in La Candelaria, the Gold and Emerald Museum opens its doors to you to contemplate the world's most important collection of goldsmiths' and silversmiths' work. As a little adventurer, you'll discover the Quimbaya and Taironas civilizations, who share the secrets of their treasure with you.

Day 2: Cathedral and salt mines
Steps: Zipaquirá, Nemocón, Villa De Leyva
With children, a visit to the famous Zipaquira Salt Cathedral is a must, and can be combined with a tour of the authentic Nemocon salt mine, superbly illuminated. It was here that the film Los 33 was shot, recounting the rescue of imprisoned Chilean miners. On to Villa de Leyva.
Day 3: In the footsteps of the dinosaurs
Steps: Minca, Villavieja, Villa De Leyva
Villa de Leyva. Time has stood still in this colonial village. Visit the narrow cobbled streets to discover the main square and the market on the heights of the town. By bicycle, follow in the footsteps of the dinosaurs: the Paleontological Museum, Gondava Park and Pozos Azules. End your day at the enchanting Terracota mansion.
Day 4: Giants in willy
Departure for the Cocora valley. Enjoy a riverside lunch of excellent trout, freshly caught and cooked or "a la plancha". Combining transport (by "willy" and on horseback), we invite you to visit this covered area of giants: the wax palms!
Day 5: Black gold from the sky
Steps: Salento
Salento. Discover the process of coffee production in the highlands of the Quindio valley and become a real "catador"! In the afternoon, take to the skies above the coffee trees on a zip-line.
Day 6: The bamboo crossing
Steps: Salento
Salento. A new adventure aboard a bamboo raft. After the manufacturing stages, it's off down the Río la Vieja in search of the plants and animals of the Cocora Valley. On your return to Salento, you'll learn all about the typical "guadua" bamboo constructions.
Day 7: Adventure in the Amazon
Steps: Leticia
From Armenia you'll fly to Leticia, in the heart of the Amazon. After settling into your lodge, head off to Santander Park to observe the hundreds of parrots that gather at sunset to sing.

Day 8: Primates on the island of Micos
Steps: Isla De Los Micos
Leticia. This morning, you embark on an expedition through the Flor de Loto Reserve, docking on theisland of los Micos to observe the primates who love to play with visitors. Have lunch with an indigenous community. On the way back, watch the waters for the pink dolphin!
Day 9: Plants of the Amazon world
Steps: Leticia
Leticia. Destination: the Amazon World Ecological Park, where you can become little rainforest experts and discover unique plants and fruits. The community will show you its daily life.

Day 10: My friends won't believe it!
Leticia. Depart for Leticia airport, where you'll catch your flight to Bogotá and your connection back home.
