Paleontological museum, presenting thematic rooms, a collection of mammalian fossils and gigantic reptiles

The Villavieja Paleontological Museum, created in 1984, is small but has the merit of existing. It presents, in its three thematic rooms, a collection of mammal and reptile fossils, found in the region and dating from the Miocene (more than 20 million years). Nearly a thousand pieces are on display. An interesting guided tour (in Spanish) to immerse yourself in the history of evolution.
