This authentic finca produces some of the best coffee in Colombia. A guest house allows travelers to immerse themselves in the fantastic world of coffee, without language barriers, since the owners are a French-Colombian couple. Oliva and Alain will tell you all about coffee, either during a 3-hour tour of the farm, or during a longer stay in the peaceful setting of their house with its typical architecture, swimming pool and restaurant. You can also discover the works of Oliva, a singular artist who has her workshop on site.

Double rooms with private bathrooms, hot water, WiFi. Count $180,000 a night for two, $260,000 for four, with breakfast. A la carte dishes around $40,000. Coffee tours (3 hours, with tasting, snack and refreshments): $80,000. Assistance/accompaniment for excursions. Bar, outdoor pool.

In the heart of Colombia
At an altitude of 1650 meters, since 2007, in Pinchote, 14 kilometers from San Gil, the tourist capital of the department of Santander, our finca "Los Olivales", nestled in the middle of the plantations, produces under shade, respecting the environment, a Special coffee of great quality.
From the village, access to our farm is via a road that is mostly paved, only the last kilometer is not.
From Pinchote a three-wheeled motorcycle service can take you to the Finca for a reasonable price, with a bus connecting every half hour to San Gil Pinchote.
Together with Oliva, my French-Colombian wife, we welcome our guests in a magical place where they can discover all the secrets of the coffee culture, from the bean to the cup, in the Coffee Tour. Four comfortable guest rooms in a cosy, warm and friendly atmosphere are available to visitors wishing to extend their stay while enjoying a beautiful landscape and a well-deserved rest by the pool, we also offer a catering service, followed of course by a cup of coffee "Los Olivales", and a bike ride, for the more athletic ...
The climate is very pleasant, a temperature between 25 and 28 degrees during the day and a cooler night between 15 and 18 degrees.
We can also help you discover the tourist attractions of Santander.
Oliva will also share with you her other passion... art and painting, her colorful works are anchored in the patio of the house... waiting for the destination of a next exhibition.

Gran experiencia para conocer un poco de la cultura cafetera santafereña de la mano de sus dueños. Además es una experiencia hermosa para pasar desde una tarde recorriendo las plantaciones de café o también quedarse la noche en las cómodas habitaciones con las que cuentan para los visitantes de la finca. Además que fue un tour privado en el cual pudimos apreciar desde los granos de café, las plantas y la hermosa vista de las montañas santafereñas.
Recomiendo visitarlos y aprender de sus manos.
