Minca is a village perched at 650 m altitude in the Sierra Nevada, half an hour's drive from the center of Santa Marta. Waterfalls of clear water falling into natural pools and wild nature, with over 350 species of birds. And fresh, clean air, in contrast to the stifling heat of nearby Santa Marta. Accommodation is available in the village center, or in small fincas in the mountains with spectacular views. From here, you can venture into the rainforest on indigenous trails, swim at the foot of cool waterfalls, visit a cocoa or coffee farm, take a siesta in a giant hammock... In short, to come to Minca is to recharge your batteries!
