Edmond and Joëlle will take you sailing on their 20-meter schooner with a red hull, a teak deck and an imposing steering wheel. For the day, you will sail along the Maures massif and its different bays. You will anchor in the superb bay of the Canebiers for an aperitif, a meal and the relaxing part of the day before returning in the afternoon to Port-Fréjus. For half a day, you can embark on a trip to the Corniche d'Or, the Esterel or the Massif des Maures or as an aperitif for the sunset at the Lion de Mer island.

Since 1988, the club offers 3 main activities to discover the underwater environment: snorkeling, the first dive and the discovery pack, as well as various training courses to improve your level. The center includes two classrooms, a space to store the equipment, another for individual divers and also a store. The sites visited by experienced divers are those of the Lion de Mer, the Golden Island, the Antheor barges and the Rubis submarine.

Located in front of the nature base, the circuit puts two tracks, equipped with timing systems, at your disposal, one of 600 meters for adults and the other of 130 meters for children. Together, they form the 730-meter track used for challenges for individuals or companies. In the summer, appropriate lighting allows for night-time practice. Each session includes the loan of a helmet and a neck brace for children, a briefing and 8 minutes of driving.

Three different 18-hole courses have been created on synthetic carpeting, two of which are equipped with misters suspended between Phoenix palm trees. They are designed in a shaded site composed of tropical vegetation and waterfalls, so as not to suffer from the heat. The restaurant welcomes you on its large wooden terrace with a Balinese atmosphere, facing the courses and offers you a cuisine made by an Italian chef coming directly from Calabria, composed of pizzas, pastas, salads, in a relaxing setting and a warm and friendly atmosphere.

This centre offers dives for children, baptisms, preparation for certification and explorations to discover the many wrecks in the region on the Eperlan II, a 15-metre aluminium-hulled boat, and its tender Le Sarrasin, a 7-metre semi-rigid inflatable. Under the guidance of Momo, 2nd degree federal instructor, set off in complete confidence to discover the many wrecks sunk in the Bay of Cavalaire. The centre also has a technical room equipped with a compressor that allows you to quickly inflate all the bottles.

Inside the Nartuby gorges, more than 400 level 3 and 8b+ certified sport climbing routes are set up and spread over 7 different sites. Several times a week, climbing lessons, "vertical adventure" outings to learn techniques and practice, in private lessons, in small groups or with the family, are organised by Philippe Bugada, La Corditelle, a state-certified climbing instructor. To reach these sites, take the D955 road westwards, along the river.

Take advantage of the experience of Christian Tamisier and his team, state-licensed professionals, to discover the grandiose sites of the Verdon through original activities and sports with guaranteed sensations: canyoning, climbing, adventure courses, caving, rafting, water trekking. And as the region is full of trails, mountain bike circuits are also available to criss-cross the Verdon region and the Sainte-Croix lake. On the west coast of the Esterel massif, 6 km from Bagnols-en-Forêt, here is one of the high places of Var climbing. A small canyon with red walls 80 m high, this superb wooded site overlooks a peaceful stream; some would compare it with the wild landscapes of the Isle of Beauty! From the viewpoint, the panorama extends from the Estérel massif to Saint-Raphaël, passing by the Roquebrune and Maures rocks, all this of course with the Mediterranean in the background... Advice for beginners: go to the Colle Rousse area.

The commune of Taradeau has on its territory a Celto-Ligurian settlement occupied since the 1st century BC, as attested by the excavations carried out on the archaeological site. These fortifications at the top of the village were discovered in 1969 on the promontory overlooking the village. The site is gradually being cleared and developed by a local association. It offers a superb view of the Taradel and its orientation table. It is also the starting point for beautiful walks. When visiting the site, please respect the historical site.

Academy Spirit Taekwondo is a Taekwondo school located in Toulon.
