In a shaded pine forest, many activities around the horse and the pony are proposed to you in a family atmosphere: lessons for all levels, training courses, walks, games, voltiges. In this 10 hectare domain, you will find a sand dressage arena, a grass jumping arena, a round pen, a covered riding arena, a round pen, a paddock with shelters or boxes, a club house and a shaded area for rides. However, no horseback riding is offered for adults.

At the gates of the city, the nature base François Léotard is a vast playground. Its 135 hectares of greenery even include a sandy beach! But before thinking about relax, think sport: The Base is a health course and a fitness area for exercising exercises in complete freedom. To be lucky enough to explore the whole island in one day trip, rent a bicycle is essential.  for all levels. However, Attention, two-wheeled vehicles are very quickly stormed: to have the opportunity to find one of them, it is better to arrive early at first boats!

Le Lavandou's sentier du Littoral is a great opportunity for hikers to criss-cross the region's coastline and then reach the Fossette beach in just 3 kilometers. Right from the charming port, this coastal hike offers superb panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. While the first part of the route is very accessible, the rest of the way offers a number of challenging climbs through rocky passages between coves and dreamy villas. Whatever your pace, this free tour connects you to the natural world of the Var.

The golf course stretches its long green ribbon along the Mediterranean, where terraced tee boxes offer breathtaking sea views. Frégate, an 18-hole course, also welcomes advanced players. Remarkable for its technical features, it will also impress you with its exceptional panorama, with 15 holes out of 18 offering spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. This superb amusement park for children covers 4 hectares. On the program, more than 35 activities spread over two areas: Petit Kiddy, for the youngest (from 90 cm) and Grand Kiddy for the adults. The program includes rides and trampolines, as well as ponies, go-karts and quads. New in 2023! The reopening of Aqua Family, the neighboring park dedicated to water games with 12 slides and 2 paddling pools for children. The ticket is 19 € and there are combined packages (24 € for both parks) and family packs for 4 (76,80 € online).

The Coast Trail crosses the coast of Var for nearly 200 km. From the centre of Saint-Tropez, you can join it to make a very simple portion: take two hours to reach Pampelonne beach from the Portalet tower. A pleasant walk that makes you pass through the bay of Canebiers and the calanque of the Rabiou. The walk ends with the huge sandy beach of Pampelonne where you won't be able to fight a head.

The only ice rink in the department that has been completely renovated, where sports, leisure activities, shows and events can be held. It hosts a multitude of activities: figure skating, ice hockey, curling ... Of course, you can rent skates if you don't have any, and slide on the ice to the sound of a very lively sound system. You can also organize your evening with friends, family, colleagues, with treats, and even birthdays for your children (ask for information).

The Valgarde golf course is located in the plain of La Garde where it extends over 70 hectares. A real haven of peace to concentrate on your swing. The 50-station driving range, the pitch and putt, and the putting green are yours to enjoy! After the 18-hole course, you can relax in the clubhouse or have lunch at the Moma restaurant, which will open in December 2019 (open from 12:00 to 3:00 pm). The Terre-Blanche golf course is located in the magnificent hotel complex of the same name. Two 18-hole courses with very distinct characteristics are proposed here: the Château course and the Riou course. In terms of facilities, Terre-Blanche offers all the services you would expect from an establishment of this standing: restaurants, hotel, spa... In 2018, for the second year in a row, Terre Blanche has climbed to pole position on the podium of the Top 100 Best Golf Resorts in Continental Europe, published by the famous magazine Golf World.

Ride on horseback, for one hour, half a day or a full day. Ponies straps for toddlers are organized from 2 years old.

On the edge of a motorboat, go to the discovery of sports fishing and carry out cruises on the half day or at the day, towards the islands, along the coast of Var. Let's also practice night fishing.

This club, set up in the heart of the Maures massif in 2003, under the direction of Séverine Pellerin, a state-qualified teacher with a passion for horses and equestrian sports, offers leisure or sports riding, pony and horse riding activities, competition outings, advanced training courses during all school holidays, federal exams and summer camps. Services are offered to owners.

It's the biggest mountain bike event in the world! Established in Fréjus and Roquebrune-sur-Argens since 1997, the world's premier mountain biking event is now attracting over 20,000 participants every year. Amateurs and professionals of all ages are increasingly lining up at the start of the various races on offer. For five days, numerous events are organized at the various sites of the Fréjus nature reserve. The Roc d'Azur is also a cycle show, bringing together all the major bicycle brands.

This local fishing association deals with Lake Saint-Cassian and the Siagne. Fario deplores its secteur sector on the resource of local water (AEP, irrigation, approval) and the presence of impassable works that isolate certain fish populations and gènent their breeding. Thus, the salmon farming population (river trout) is severely disturbed for growth and reproduction. For the carp or pike, no problem on the other hand.

To teach young people the methods of exploring and studying the underground world is the goal of the club. Driven by a graduate instructor of the state patent, Caving Canyon Provence provides descents in particular in the Massif du Siou-Blanc and the Baume.

Carqueiranne is home to the Galamaoud Association Spéléologique, which offers caving, canyoning, climbing, hiking and via ferrata. The club is active all year round in the karstic massifs for caving, as well as in all canyons and natural areas.
